The first time I had to use Frye's was due to an emergency with our downstairs furnace. Tom not only responded to my voicemail within minutes, he actually made time the same day to come out, assess the issue, go buy the parts, and come back to fix everything. Because of his professionalism on the first job, I hired him, again, over the summer to install a mini split in our added bonus room. This job took about 3 days to complete. But, the entire interaction with Tom and his crew was pleasant and professional.
