John came out and was very straight forward and up front with everything he did. He explained the issue to me, how he would fix it, and even provided some recommendations I may want to do in the future. My second time I used Bluestar was on a Sunday and they are closed on Sunday's. I did not realize this at first and left them a voicemail in the morning. Realizing they were closed I called another company who would have charged me more than Bluestar to come out later that afternoon to look at the problem which was that my Nest Thermostat was giving an E73 error code meaning it was not getting power. To my surprise I received a call from John at Bluestar that afternoon prior to the other HVAC company coming out. I discussed my thermostat issue not getting power with John and he suggested several troubleshooting fixes I could try over the phone. After eliminating several causes of what the problem may be John suggested holding down the front panel cover switch to the unit to see if a power light was coming on. In doing this I noticed sometimes the light would come on and sometimes it would not. There seemed to be a loose connection in the a wire that was causing the switch not to supply power. After playing with the switch for a few minutes I got the power to stay on and the problem was fixed. John solved my problem and saved me a good deal of money as I canceled my appointment with the other HVAC company. John took over 20 minutes talking to me on the phone going above an beyond to help me solve my AC issue on the day the company is closed. I would highly recommend BluStar to anyone and will use them for all my future HVAC needs.

I highly recommend using T&T Associates for any kind of HVAC services. I was always skeptical about tune up service providers as they would come up with unknown surprise problems to add up more on final invoices, particularly those big annual service contract providers that would end up costing several times more than if you would not bother having them. I used to have an annual service contract with a larger well known company that I fired after their technician tried to sell me a new water heater when a prior owner replaced the unit just a couple years before that with them. He did not even bother to check before trying to fool the new homeowner. Fahan with T&T Associates proved that there were still honest service providers out there. I wish we had more like T&T Associates.

The technician evaluated the problem and concluded the compressor was not working and provided a couple of options. We proceeded to replace the existing unit because it was near its end of life and replacing the compressor would not be cost effective in the long term. Air Treatment Heating & Cooling was able to replace the entire unit during the peak summer season within a couple of days. From start to finish, personnel was friendly, professional, and installed the new unit with no problems. We will definitely use Air Treatment Heating & Cooling in the future, and would recommend their services to others as well!

The $2000 rip off. Ive been a customer with Mann In for 25 years. My parents were customers for…read morelonger than that. I had a 3 year old Rheem AC blow a compressor so, of course I called Mann In to help me get my house cool again. They came out and diagnosed the issue and got a replacement compressor installed a few days later. They charged me $1995 for 3 hours of labor and a warranty part. After an hour, the temperature wouldn't hold and the house heated up again. They sent another tech out to diagnose the issue and determined that the old compressor must have disintegrated and shot metal particles into the intake side of the low pressure side. Instead of diagnosing the issue, talking to their distributer about similar occurrences, they said I need to have a Rheem authorized installer to fix it and walked off the job. The obviously had no problem taking on the job knowing that it was a Rheem unit but instead of doing their due diligence, they just left the job. I contacted them asking for some refund of funds since they did not fix the issue and walked off the job and I've heard nothing. Ive had a new compressor installed by Duvall Corporation and they we're fantastic. They talked to their distributor, figured out the issues and replaced my compressor for nearly half the cost of of Mann In. I would expect to compensate for some of the labor costs but not having the issue resolved and zero response forces me to write this review. They have lost two customers and hopefully this review will have others think twice about hiring this company.. Very disappointed
