Would give 0 stars if I could!! I had an appointment at 8am for a new muffler and was told that my car would not be done the same day, when I was originally told it would take less than an hour to fix. The place reeked of cigarettes and the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. As a woman I felt unsafe in this environment's and left immediately. As anyone knows, you don't really want to go to a location like this. You know it is going to be expensive and you try to justify that a misrepaired vehicle is ok. I like my cars running good and sounding quiet enough to not alert anyone I may be out past curfew. I contacted this shop due to Misty C's review and I agree. No bullshit. I briefly explained what I thought was the problem and what I would like to have done. A blown out silencer (the big oval thing) on a 20 year old car. I explained that I did not need a fancy rice burning sound and wanted to keep it close to stock. I ran out of time waiting the first day because I was impatient. On the next day I got in early and said I was going to wait. There were a few cars in front of me in line, but I got up on the lift and Keith ordered my parts. Silencer and tip. Whilst waiting I watched the tech torch off my old muffler with the coolest popping, molten metal I have seen in years. Within about 30 minutes of my parts arriving I have a new OEM muffler and basic steel tip. the best part is was only $5 more than the over the phone, sight unseen quote I had gotten. It was going to be more than double at one of those nationwide brand stores. Shop local, spend local, save money. read more

Recently my ride starting making a rattling sound under the hood. I took it to our regular joint (Woodhouse) and was told there was a loose pipe between the catalytic converters. Zach informed that he'd have to use a Mazda part, and that I could get it replaced with a non-Mazda part for cheaper elsewhere. He suggested a couple places, including All-Pro. About two weeks ago, Keith at All-Pro checked out the sound and said he'd have to place a special order. He quoted me $440 for parts and labor. I agreed. Fast forward to today. It turned out that something different was causing the noise, something that resulted in me paying less than half of what I was expecting! (I didn't ask what it was, but it's on the receipt!) Keith seemed mildly excited to see my reaction to that bit of good news. I was pretty excited. I apologized that he ordered a special part that I ultimately didn't need and he responded with a "no problem at all" attitude. My car is running quietly once again. Very seldom do you go to a mechanic's shop and leave knowing you got a good deal. The guys there are very upfront about everything, very reasonable and get you done as fast as they can. Only complaint could be that they make take a little bit of extra time, but that's not because they are slow but because they are always very, very busy - which is a testament to how popular this place is. If I could rate this lower than one star, I would. I simply brought in two exhaust pipes that needed 02 bungs welded into them. I brought them here rather than doing it myself expecting professional work that would exceed what I was able to personally perform. I don't know who they had weld these pieces, but the quality was absolutely unacceptable. I would be embarrassed turning work out of a shop looking like these pieces did. read more

I took my car here to get struts and a few other things done, and they charged me a very fair price. Three months later I took it back because the struts were loud again and they fixed it and put a new part on for free. Super nice guys! I highly recommend this place. read more

These guys did a great job. Explained issue over the phone and they told me what they could do. Brought car in and they confirmed that what was wrong was what I said. Fifteen minutes after pulling it in the bay they had the small exhaust repair complete and I was on my way. I highly recommend this shop for exhaust repair (or brake). Do not go to House of Mufflers and Brakes on Maple - they wanted to replace about half the exhaust system at a cost of $900. All-Pro replaced a piece of tube and it cost less than $50. read more

Owner is a cool guy and fair ($). They are normally pretty busy so expect to just leave your car there for the day if it's a big enough job. They swapped my exhaust on my truck w/o appointment. I left my truck there and they got it done in a few hours. The guys there do good work. I was happy with the price and job, would go back if i had to. read more

Keith was able to get my two, yes two, cars with exhaust problems in and out in great time and reasonable expense. Couldn't have had a better experience with exhaust systems. When I lived in Omaha, I always took my car to All Pro. It was a bit of a drive from where I lived but it's worth it! Keith is great. He knows what he's doing and doesn't try to upsell you on random service like many shops do when they see a young woman come in. I always found his cost to be less expensive than other shops. I've had them do almost everything on my car from something small like an oil change to major repairs like an engine replacement. I've never had issues with any of the service I received with them. If I still had that car and lived in Omaha, I'd take my car to Keith without hesitation. read more

I brought my new car in to All-Pro exhaust after I sheered a stud on my turbocharger while installing an aftermarket downpipe. The shop had the job finished by the end of the day. However, after looking at it, the stud was WELDED back into place, and not only that, but it was crooked. The fastener could not be attached without making the exhaust lead down at an angle and tap on the underside of the vehicle. Another shop, while trying to fix this mess broke the tap off in the turbocharger, and an entirely new unit had to be installed. While All-Pro exhaust got me in and out of the door quickly and for not very much money, they took shortcuts and were not honest about how they solved the issue. This is not somewhere I would ever take a car I planned on keeping for more than a few years. read more

HORRIBLE!!! This review is not about All-Pro's work but about their customer service because they "couldn't get around to it." I called All-Pro on Monday of this week to see if I'd be able to get some remote, exhaust cutouts on my car. The man on the end of the phone from All-Pro said, "Yea we've done that before. When can you come in?" I responded, "Friday is perfect for me." The nice man on the other end of the phone responded, "Ok. We open at 8am, drop it off sometime in the morning and we'll have it for you by the end of the day." ... Fast forward to today, Friday: as soon as I dropped my car off is when things became concerning. I rehashed our conversation from Monday and the man behind the counter said, "Yea, I remember. You just want them welded on, right?" I said, "No. I want the cutouts completely installed." He said, "Well, we usually just weld on the cutouts and let the customers run their own wires." I replied, "Like we discussed on Monday, I need cutouts installed, not just welded. Do you think you guys can do it?" The man said, "I'll see what I can do." ... Fast forward to 4:30pm: I pull up and my car hasn't moved. I walk inside and the keys to my car that I put on the counter at 830am haven't moved. The nice man that I spoke with on the phone on Monday is now staring at me looking confused. He says, "Yea... today's been crazy. We couldn't get to you car. Can you bring it by again?" My brain starts replaying the words I just heard over and over again. No apology, just excuses. I called 5 days ahead of time, dropped of my car when I was told to drop it off for the service that was agreed upon, and in the 8 hours you had my car you 'couldn't get around to it?' All-Pro couldn't have picked up the phone to call me at lunch to say, "Sir, I apologize but I severely underestimated our workload today and we will not be able to provide you with the service we promised you. Can we please have your car again first thing tomorrow morning?" Honestly, the only thing that quenched my anger was that I felt terrible for the man at All-Pro because he must've been humiliated by what he did to me. I will never go here again and I will never recommend this business to anyone I care about. read more

this place, first off the guy at the front desk acted like he was really pissed and hardly asked me any details, i had to call back because he didnt ask me what muffler i wanted, and secondly, when i went somewhere else afterwards to do some more work, i found out they charged me a Flowmaster price, but put on an off brand. My car had been making a loose sheet metal type of noise when I was driving it for the past few months. From listening to it a friend commented that perhaps it was coming from the heat shield. I took it to All-Pro for them to diagnose what the exact problem was (there was no charge to check it out which is really nice) and after they had it for about a half hour they gave it back to me and told me that the heat shield was loose and they had tack welded it for me free of charge. When I asked what I owed them to fix it for me, they just told me it was free and to bring my car back when it really needed something to be fixed. I really appreciated this and was so surprised since it seems like everyone out there always tries to get what they can out of you. I will definitely be returning when I do need something else. Went here on a recommendation from a neighbor. They changed my catalytic convertor and both rear axle seals on my truck for one fourth of what the dealer wanted. Keith was no nonsense but friendly. It seemed busy so I can see how you may have to wait, but last time I went to the dealer it took them a week to do the same repair ALL PRO did in a day. If your car isn't under warranty and you don't need a fancy waiting room, a latte, and a shuttle, I definitely recommend giving ALL PRO a try. read more

I called to see if I could bring my car in for an estimate for exhaust work. Keith advised they were booked and he was short one guy, but if I wanted to stop by later, he would see if he could squeeze it in. I stopped by at 4:00 and he said it would be about 45 minutes before he would have a lift free to take a look at it, so I went and got a quick bite to eat at his suggestion. When I got back, they had it up on the lift within about 5 minutes. His estimate for repair was about half of the price I was expecting (another shop had done the same flex pipe replacement 4 years prior). When I asked him when the next opening would be for me to bring it in for repair, he said "We have it up on the lift and can do it right now if you want". Half an hour later, I was in a car that was once again quiet and for about half of what I was expecting to spend! I would recommend All-Pro to anyone needing exhaust work. read more
