I have a 2015 Nissan Versa, the AC wasn't working great. It would cool while I was as driving, but when I came to a stop it would begin to warm up. I also needed an oil changed, so I supplied them with the oil and filter. I brought my car in the morning when they opened at 8am. They called at 11:20 and said they didn't find any leaks and recharged the Freon (it was about half of being full). They recommended I replace the serpentine belt and air filter. So I approved the repair. All in all , it cost about $640 for the repairs. I thought it was a little steep, but feel happy and ready to take my car out of town to a concert I'm going to in Kansas City. For that price though, I feel I should probably just take my car to a Nissan Dealer next time. read more

They're very prompt to answer the phone and have great availability. I was able to schedule an appointment next day. They even let me alter my appointment same day, stress-free. My boyfriend's car broke down so we brought it here. We are newer to Omaha and this was a very close shop with some good reviews. I didn't think they would be this great! They fixed it and it was very reasonably priced. It broke down a week later due to an unrelated issue (the car was a piece of work) and we brought it back. When they called to give us an estimate it was a lot higher. The man there was very honest with us and how worth it it was to fix. Didn't try to scam us for the money to repair it which is greatly appreciated! They remembered my boyfriend Timmy's name when ever he stopped by and they even sent us a card in the mail after they finished service on the car. I'm very particular when it comes to mechanics. If I've never heard of you from a trusted friend, I won't do business with you so this situation from start to finish was completely new to me. I was in the area when my "service engine soon" light came on and after I got the code, I came in and met Rob. Rob suggested several different solutions to fix my car starting from the simplest to the possible "end of the world" scenario. I came in late to my appointment and still left early. Had my SUV towed to this place thanks to AAAs recommendation. After 3 days and $500+ dollars my vehicle wouldn't even start anymore, which it would when I brought it there. Tried to get them to reduce some of the charges for services that they did while they were trying to guess what was wrong with it since they couldn't get a code from their computer. Instead was patronized by Chad, one of their office workers and pretty much told that it was my fault for not being able to explain in technical detail what exactly was wrong with the SUV (because were all mechanics). In the end I was out over $500 and towing the vehicle to another shop. I'd look elsewhere. read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. After series of strokes, our family decided to purchase a used handicapped van so that my father could still be an active part of the family and so that we would have a way to get him to his medical appointments. The same day it was purchased, after a four hour trip home from Sioux Falls South Dakota, it died and had to be towed to Arun G service center. I had never heard of them before even though we live just 2 miles away. AAA recommended them and so we decided to give them a try and I am certainly glad we did. Chad kept in communication with me the entire time the van was in their shop. He didn't always have good news for me, but he explained everything they needed to do and why and answered my endless questions. They had all the positive aspects of a good business- timliness, communicaiton, and their shop (which we were told was recently remodeled) was in superb condition. The person who served me at the front desk was very friendly. They did not give me ten more items that could be fixed when I picked up my car, and I grately appreciated that. Let's make a long story short...had to take my car back because the fix didn't seem to take. No worries. Chad hooked me up with the loaner car (again) and fixed up the situation F.O.C. Even kept it for an extra day to make sure the fix took this time. Was the no charge expected? Yes. But would other, less reputable places have charged me for the "new" diagnostic and fix. Probably. One of the most professional shops I have ever dealt with. I have built and repaired hotrods and racecars for years, however we were broken down in a town far away from home, any tools or any way to fix it ourselves. We gave them a deadline and a laundry list of problems, not only did they completely address all of the issues on our 1961 Ford Econoline, they guaranteed their work, and performed the work with the detail and care I would have done if I did it myself. I took my car in for a broken head light and they told me I needed to purchase a brand new headlight assembly kit for $500 and that the labor would be upwards of $200. We were told they would have to remove our bumper and replace the entire headlight, even though the headlight itself was intact and we only had a wiring problem. I quickly found that Auto Parts sells the assembly kit for only $300 and became skeptical. We took our car to Kollins and they were able to fix the problem in under and hour for $30. They seem to do shotgun mechanic work and don't take the time to figure out the real issue. read more
