Used him for about 4-5 months, did great with chemical balance and cleaned the filters. Didn't do well vacuuming one week so I texted him a few different times and he didn't respond. Waited until his next service and asked if he came out. He did respond, so I guess he didn't want to respond the week before. He came out today and sent me a text that he no longer serves my area and this will be my final cleaning. No heads up or anything, just quits. Check the posted pics of my final cleaning. Sure maybe a breeze blew a few leaves in but not enough to fill my my basket Im sure. read more

All pro pool service is the best pool sevice I dealt with. When I called for a quote to install a new variable speed pump, Ian came out promptly. He and his truck were neat and clean. He gave me an excellent price, came exactly when he said he would and the price did not change. One week later I had trouble changing the timer on the pump. I called, Ian came out that day reset the timer, answered all my questions, even tested my water and advised me on what I should do. And didn't charge me a penny even when I insisted. My apologies, Ian, this review is long overdue. I'd been maintaining my pool for 16 years, so it wasn't easy to trust someone else to do it. I set up three appointments to interview a "pool guy", but Ian was the only one who showed up, so I hired him! And he's been showing up ever since! His knowledge and understanding of pool chemistry really impressed me. I'd let my pool go green one winter, and that's when I, and a little prodding from my wife, decided to let someone else deal with it. Ian dealt with it alright, got the pool crystal clear and it's been that way ever since! It's been almost two years and he's never missed a day, and never not done exactly what he said he'd do. The pool is used more since he's been maintaining it than ever! I've got friends that tell me horror stories about their pool guy, this is not that guy!
