I purchased an entire new pool equipment system from KC Pools and have been very happy with the installation, service and response to any questions. The Hayward OmniLogic system is so easy to control thru an app on my phone, I can turn on the hot tub on my way home and when I get there it's ready for us to get in and enjoy. My kids love the pool light colors and it's a hit at night when we turn on the light show. The weekly maintenance they provide to my pool keeps it super clean and makes me very happy to use it all the time. He gave us some very valuable and free advice on our options for the light. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. This pool cleaning and care service knows what they are doing! Not only do they thoroughly clean and manage the chemicals in our pool, they keep a diary of everything they do in the pool so when they show up the following week and take water samples they know exactly how much the water/chemicals have changed and then act accordingly. KC Pool Services are very friendly, efficient and competitive. When we had a problem with the timers, KC Pool Services responded immediately and were able to repair our somewhat older system. KC Pool Service's came to the rescue (as a referral from Leslie's) as we were so frustrated with the pool service we had. The pool was cloudy and apparently had algae and the prior pool company had been trying to treat the pool for at least a month to no avail. KC was prompt to respond to our needs, were so patient, took the time to educate us and has been so incredibly responsive and supportive to bringing out pool back to health in less then one week.
