Sure enough, after some treatment, the pool finally started to get back into shape and finally looked as good as new (see before and after picts). Green to Clean wasn't the only reason that our HOA picked Balance Pool Care. On Tuesday morning anround 9 :15 am, Anthony (Pool Technician) texted me on saying he would arrive in a few minutes. I always appreciate the communications and prompt arrival. Anthony quickly troubleshot the issue with his diagnosis of a faulty pool pump and a faulty circuit breaker. Anthony explained that the new electrical code required a GFCI breaker needed to be replaced. Within the next two days, Anthony replaced the faulty circuit breaker and installed a new multispeed high efficiency pool pump within a few hour. The new pool pump is so quiet and easy to program. Anthony programmed the filter cycles for me and explained all of the function. Thank you Evan and Anthony for your quick and rapid response as you are my "Go to Pool Repair Service".
