Andre called when he was 15 minutes out and arrived on time. He proceeded to apply his expertise and explain the issues that were present with the unit. It's a higher end hybrid and don't want to replace it right away. Andre did several services to the unit - it runs quieter and I hope more efficiently. Both our heating and AC units were 15 years old. He gave us variable prices, but we were sold on how reasonably priced it was for both units to be replaced. Today two installers came out, Tim Ross and Andrew and replaced both units under 6 hours. It should have taken them about 8, but they worked great as a team and Tim always kept me in the loop. They cleaned up afterwards and left my house spotless, you would have never known that we had major work completed. They tested the heat, even on a summer day, then help setup the AC with the new thermostat that they installed. It was a great experience, and we will continue to use Aire Serv for many years to come. Aire Serv truly is a neighborly company!

The cool part is that the technician that does the diagnostics to determine what is wrong isn't the sales guy. It's a touch frustrating to want a number from a guy who isn't trying to sell you anything, but they get the sales guy out the same day, and the next day they're installing! Literally got us back up and running the next day after calling, which is pretty impressive considering we did an entire system replacement. Also, join their VIP club and it basically pays for itself if you're getting anything major done.

Updated review 8/11/22 I'm at year 4 of my install and the true colors of this company (and owner…read moreDenny) has shown! I had some early issues from their rushed install, such as a major one of not seating the propane nozzle bar with a screw, which caused it to burn outside the nozzle. This also shut the unit off on temp overload! I fixed it myself and they replaced the overload to get it running. They also don't have the intake/exhaust ran correctly as the photo shows. Since the install in 2018 it has ran fine until the last week of July and we lost all cooling. I never got a firm appointment to fix it and they did come out twice to put a band-aid of freon in it. They put dye in to find a leak and wouldn't return to address the leaking evaporator coil in the inside unit although I have a warranty. I was told by the company that fixed me up that they should have fixed it correctly the first visit to put freon in instead of letting it go low pressure again. This is after telling him we both had medical issues needing it fixed! We ended up going to another company to get it fixed! He flies a Christian banner on his billboard ads, talks like he cares, but obviously it's a front. Stay away! You have been warned how they operate there!

He also looked at the existing supply/return trunks, registers, calculated sq footage, air handler, ect. to evaluate that my system was loosing cfm which translates to less efficiency and higher heating and cooling costs. He produced estimates with multiple options and clear cut solutions to rectify the issues. Josh and his team are professional and honest. He has researched alternative models and provided the reasons he goes with the brands he recommends. I chose Daikin and I think he gave me a great product, and great service at a reasonable price. I was also impressed with the quality of the installation. The unit and cables, etc., were carefully laid out so as to maintain a good appearance. Really impressive! Thanks Josh!
