They worked with the home warranty company to get it all paid for (rock!!), and they even answered some homeowner questions I had while they were here. The installer was friendly and very knowledgeable in his trade. The installation was a somewhat difficult one. Both the owner and installer came to the work site and immediately resolved all problems. I did call them after hours and the answering service stated that a ProWorks person would return the call within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, that did not occur, and therefore I stayed up from 2:30am until 7am to call into their office. Brandy stated that she would get someone out as soon as possible when I spoke with her at 7am. A ProWorks professional showed up by 10am. He was professional, friendly and charged a reasonable amount for the services provided. I will always call ProWorks for my HVAC needs.

They quickly identified the problem and provided a clear, fair estimate that included replacing the sump pump. Even better, I was able to schedule the replacement within 48 hours of the diagnosis. The team that came out was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. They removed and disposed of the old pump and installed a new carbon pump with PCP piping.
