The model purchased 2 years ago performs really well. This is why we went back to Falls Glass for the rec room fireplace. The new fireplace does not come close to the performance of the older model. After two service calls which took several phone calls to organize, several no shows after given promised dates, we are still waiting to have to have the issue resolved. We had WPS come to check gas pressure to our gas appliances and no issues were found. Now we are being ghosted by Falls Glass. Buyer beware!

And to Jose who knew everything about how to dial in the water perfectly. After getting the heat up I found that there was a leak! I called the next day and their service department sent Jeremy out who found a bad pump. He tried to replace an impeller but didn't have the right part, so he went back to the shop and took a pump out of a new spa in their inventory. He spent most of the day replacing the pump in sweltering heat and got my new spa running perfectly. I was amazed that I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for a new pump. Great company to do business with!
