In addition to the standard $169 diagnostic fee ( which is fine) they also charged me $55 to tighten a wire nut that went from the furnace to the thermostat. Tightening a wire nut takes less than 3 seconds! I called and questioned the bill as it was labeled as re-wiring with a minimum charge of 15 minites. I believe that should have been covered on the diagnosis and not have an addtional charge. I will be looking for a different company in the future
