They sent out a representatives to look at my leak and the first thing he said was thar my roof is 10 years old like that matters because the last time we had an ice storm was when they installed my roof. Google it but the ice shield should last as long as the roof. Last, the ice shield was extra when I purchased the costly engineered shingles. True 30 year shingles if installed properly. Not sure if this is a company you can truly trust or rely on. I am sure they have an excuse for every issue you experience after the fact. Good luck....

If you think about it, your roof is one of the most critical parts of your house. It plays an…read moreessential role in keeping your home safe, dry, and warm. The elements are great for the outside, but once they start to intrude inside, well, now you have a problem. This was the case for the family's home on Leslie Dr. A leak developed in my granddaughters room after a particularly heavy bout of hail and rain. This would not do. My son-in-law, being the proactive and protective father that he is, made the call. He phoned Five Points Roofing, and Darcy immediately took control of the situation. She counseled him on what information the insurance company would need and how to proceed further. Darcy was an angel. She took the worry and angst out of the process. When the day came for the roof replacement, it went off without a hitch. I was asked to be a go-between as the rest of the family were in school and working. The crew showed up bright and early. David, the crew lead man, had those guys moving. It was a well orchestrated operation. I heard them pounding away for a few hours, and then before I knew it, they were done. The pounding had stopped, and I heard them dragging the nail magnet. I walked out of the house and said to myself, "Whoa dude, they're done!" I had expected it to be a lot longer. Their clean-up was immaculate. You wouldn't have known that anyone had been there. This is a top-notch, well run operation. You shouldn't have any reservations on having them put a lid on your house. Now all we need is a good hearty rain to test their work. Quick Tip: With all the pounding and noise going on, you may want to give your pets a chill pill to keep them from going nuts. Better yet, send them to Grandma's house. She'll only have to give them treats.

Every person we worked with was courteous, professional, responsive and kind. Unfortunately, the quality of the project itself did not match that experience. Our roof replacement resulted in multiple issues that required extensive follow-up, including 2 roof leaks after installation, damage to our home and property, additional repairs, and weeks of conversations to reach a resolution. While SeekOne acknowledged that our experience was an "epic fail" of their standards and worked with us toward a resolution, we were ultimately left feeling that not all of the project-related damage was fully restored to its pre-project condition, which is clearly stated as promised in the contract. What was most disappointing wasn't that problems occurred--construction projects don't always go perfectly. It was the amount of time, energy and persistence it took to document issues, coordinate repairs, and advocate for a fair outcome. We made every effort to resolve our concerns collaboratively and genuinely hoped we could reach a resolution that reflected the full impact the project had on our home. Unfortunately, we were unable to find common ground. In the end, we chose to accept the final outcome, not because we felt it fully addressed our experience, but because we were ready to move forward and put the project behind us. There comes a point where continuing to argue simply isn't worth the emotional investment. Up until the final stages of our project, every member of the SeekOne team we interacted with was courteous, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Our frustration was never with the day-to-day staff. It came during the final resolution process, when the decisions ultimately being made no longer reflected the positive experience we had with everyone else along the way. If you're considering SeekOne, I recommend taking detailed photos of your home and property before work begins, communicating expectations in writing, and performing a thorough inspection of both the roof and your property before making your final payment. I sincerely hope our experience is not the norm, but I believe it's important for other homeowners to have an honest and balanced account of ours.
