Earlier in the 2021, during my annual termite inspection with my pest control service, there was standing water, one dead snake, one small live snake and other debris found in my crawlspace. I contacted 3 different companies for estimates and recommendations to address the concern. Here is the BLUF---Encapsulation is not always the answer and doesn't have to be your only choice!! I learned that from Ameri Care. They were the only company that immediately recognized other water intrusion concerns from the exterior of the home and provided options to address the issues. The estimates I received from the 3 companies ranged from $3500-$12K. Only one company, I believe was the one who gave me honest recommendations--Ameri Care Services. My inspector was Darren Kidd and he was professional from the time he arrived until I made my decision. The day the work was completed the crew worked 100% until it was complete and then made sure that i saw the work before they left. There was no pressure to "get this special deal" or "fully encapsulate" to "fix all my problems". Very satisfied with the work, the communication, and the process.
