If I could give less than one star for this place, I would. I tried to rent a unit on line on a Sunday and the unit number I was given already had a lock on it and I called the emergency after hour phone number didn't answer it and they didn't call me till Monday late afternoon so much for an emergency when I have tried to return their calls to cancel this request it has gone unanswered for so many calls. I can't even numbered them so I drove there to cancel it in person. Their hours are stated to be 9 to 6 and no one was there on a Monday. The gate was up both Sunday and Monday l. Beware if you are needing long term. When I moved in, I asked up front how their increases are and was told usually no more than 6-10% and sometimes they have decreases. I figured, I'd go ahead and move into my 2 units as I could deal with what they told me. It was a lot of trouble emptying my household items so I wanted to make sure I would stay there long term. Well lo and behold, I got my first notice of increase after being there 1 year. They informed me my smaller unit is going up 40% and the other is going up 83%. I kid you not. I thought. It's the old bait and switch. I talked to Roger and was told this is the market price and I either deal with it or move. Nothing illegal they are doing. I'd say it's price gouging. I don't know how they keep customers. They are all about getting the money and not keeping loyal people I just wanted to make people aware that if you wanting long-term, ask questions. Find you a place that will treat customers better. Ask about long term and perhaps they can put it in the lease. Look for storage in a more rural area. They will probably treat you better. Wow, was I shocked at a 83% increase and a 40% increase. That's crazy to the hilt, but they couldn't care less. So you've been warned. I don't usually write reviews but I want to spread this so people will know this in advance. Plus I was in 2 climate controls units and I had roaches in both. The day I went there to sign up, there was a lady in there complaining that someone jumped the fence and broke into her camper that was stored/parked there. A really great grandma and grandpa pair run this business. They make you feel like you are talking to friends there with the name of a big company. Joann was really helpful setting me up with my storage space with my camper. Anything issues you may have or questions are taken right there at the storage place unlike some other storage businesses that go to their corporate call center. When I sold my fifth wheel we were able call them and cancel it without sending a letter for cancellation. I have never had any issues with my camper there even through the flood and hurricane we had last year. I thought I might because of the trees and pool of water in the back off the property. But it helped keep the water contained in it so the storage property wouldn't get flooded. If I ever need another place to store anything I will definitely choose this place! read more

Its a nice facility and the prices are reasonable, however this is the second time they have messed up my bank account by not running my card, or by running the wrong card. The first time we paid and received a late notice later on. When we asked why she said we didn't pay.. Come to find out she never ran my card. That explains that! Then just this month I called 2 times in a row, she read my card number back to me and I thought all was good to go...NOT! I called twice so she wouldn't forget again, but Instead she used my other card and sent me into a massive overdraft! As sweet as they may seem, I don't feel they should be managing the company. They are very forgetful and do not do things in a timely manner. read more
