Robin is absolutely the best we ever dealt with when renting anything! she was very clear explaining the deals they had for every size and she took the time to take us on the golf cart around and show us what was available. Place has cameras all around and it is fenced so I think security wont be an issue here. When unloading we had one piece that was heavy and she was willing to help but I insisted it was too much for her so she called someone that came and gave us a hand, strong guy and he left and didn't want to take any money. Good people are still around in this world and Robin and friend are some of them. I have it on autopay so second month is free. We will be tenants for a while. read more

I went with another storage facility and before I knew it I was paying over $100 a month for a shed that cost $63 at Pack Rat. Great location and service. Manager stayed late to meet us since we were coming from NC. Nice wide aisles and a light inside each unit. I would like to give it no stars. The new management is horrible. There is no grace period. If you don't pay on exactly on the first then you are locked out immediately on the 2nd. I have had broken glass by my unit for months. Gate is broken a lot lately. Do your research and stay away from this place. Sandra was a great manager and we have been here for over two and half years. With her gone, the place has gone down hill and we are going to be moving out also. I highly recommend you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more
