During that time, the center closed unexpectedly with no notice due to building code violations, we experienced major billing errors, and I was confronted by staff in an immature and unprofessional manner after reporting a concern to the director. Our time here ultimately ended due to a serious breakdown in professionalism involving classroom staff. A situation that should have been handled calmly and privately escalated into dismissive and confrontational behavior in front of children, followed by defensiveness rather than accountability. The tone and manner of communication were inappropriate for a childcare setting and left me deeply concerned about how conflict is handled when parents raise concerns. This was not a decision we made lightly after many years of enrollment. Parents should also pay close attention to the billing system. I was wrongly charged over $400 and had to fight to recover the money. The billing records are unnecessarily complicated, and it is extremely difficult to reach anyone beyond the center level to correct errors. It is concerning that funds can be withdrawn without clear, accessible accountability. I share this to encourage parents to remain vigilant, not only about staff professionalism and behavior, but also about billing accuracy and how concerns are addressed. Leadership matters, but so does the conduct modeled by the adults working directly with children every day.

If you have other kids in school and you have to drive there to pick your preschooler up it's the perfect amount of time to annoy the heck out of you. It's too early to pick your other kids up but not late enough to drive home. In addition they have way too many days off and half days. And in May they basically go for three days but you pay a full months tuition. But they will take great care of your child while there and our kids loved it

Also, not PERSONALLY in love with the cleanliness vibe of the place and have at least on two occasions felt like my kids day care attendant (not sure what they are called) presented as what I would call a little disheveled or mildly unkempt? There's also been a few circumstances where yes, I had to have a code to get in, but once you type in the code there's no one at the front door when I come in or on my way out. The doors to the classes not locked from the outside and anyone who could jump a fence and climb a pony wall could essentially have access to any child in the facility. In fairness when we left them, they were in the process of construction/repairs so maybe they are preparing to give the place an update overall. To any parents who need this place to make your family life function, I don't think you should feel bad about this location. My child was there for months and it was helpful for our family unit.

I was…read morethrilled to find a place I thought aligned to my beliefs for child development, but it ultimately fell short. The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.

The staff truly became like family and they really did care for the children there. I saw how they strived to value, respect, and teach each child there. They consistently went above and beyond to encourage learning and to keep everyone safe. Communication was consistent and good, and we appreciated all the programs that were offered here. It has been a challenge to find a new school in our new town that comes close to the wonderful environment that we left behind!
