Looks like all the neg reviews are from a long time ago so not sure if it's changed hands or they've just gotten better. This was our first big mountain ride (we'd ridden around some flat open trails years ago) and we had a great experience all the way around. The guides were great and having 5" of fresh to ride in on a bluebird day topped it off. We went unguided but Johnny had us meet him with his guided group to give us some instruction and show us other places to ride. Even helped dig us out a few times when we got off trail. Wife said it was about the most fun she's ever had up here and we river raft, ride atv's, paddle board, ski, etc. I agree and would compare it to our experiences renting wet bikes on beach vacations, just blasting around open snow like you do on the ocean. My mother and daughter were in from out of town visiting and, wanting to treat them to something "different", I got in touch with All Season Adventures. The drive to the meeting point (just West of Buena Vista) was a considerable distance from our home in Centennial but it was worth every minute of the effort that it took to get there. Our guide, Katie, was delightful, gave us a good introduction of how to ride (none of us had been on snowmobiles before), and led us on a beautiful ride up to Cottonwood Pass. On the way back down, we stopped in an open area and, while my girlfriend and 70-yo mother relaxed a bit, my 20 yo daughter and I engaged in a bit of experimentation to see what we were capable of doing on the machines. It was a completely unforgettable trip - one which I fully intend to repeat next Winter. Given how much fun we had and how beautiful the area was, I think it's highly likely that I'll be paying a visit this Summer to try out the ATVs also. read more

They charged my card $1150 for damage that I did not cause. I spoke to the employee about it after he accused me of "laying the atv on it's side." I assured him that I did not lay it on it's side and he told me that he would not charge me for it. A few days later, the charge was there. They have you fill out and sign a carbon copy receipt before you get started, should have seen this as their scam. And then they went back and wrote "parts and labor" after we left. We did the 2 hour guided trip with 10 family members (7 adults and 3 children) and we had BLAST. We took the double snowmobiles for the kids and one of the little ones actually fell asleep during the drive! The heated handles & foot rest were a lifesaver! And our guides were OUTSTANDING! They really payed attention to the needs of our group, dug us out of the powder when we got stuck, stopped at the perfect spot for a family photo,and made it a lot of fun! We had a good ATV ride, but after the ride the guide pointed out a loose plastic piece on one of the ATVs. This had been loose before the ride, and the guide knew exactly where to look. They also gave us vehicles with leaks in the tires. Without giving us any notice they billed someone in our party $1100 for repairs. They added the charge to an invoice that was signed before the ride. Would not recommend, this company lacks integrity. Beware, and if you use them check all equipment closely and don't accept any damaged equipment. read more

Wow! Crazy to see the other negative reviews on here about this! We had a similar incident in our party. We had a great day out with the ATVs. We had a nice casual ride with ZERO wrecks or incidents. When we returned to the drop off point, we got accused of wrecking one of the ATVs. We assured the guy that nothing had happened and he was unbelievably rude about it. Again, the credit card was back charged for "parts and labor". This is wrong! If you rent with these guys inspect your rentals thoroughly before you take off. Clearly it's either 1) a scam or 2) someone isn't doing their job and overlooked it from the previous rental. None the less these guys are rude and incredibly unprofessional. Seems to be a theme on this thread. read more

Don't waste your money. This was the most unprofessional outfit my group and I had ever seen. We arrived early as we were instructed to do, but they didn't have anything prepared to leave on time. Total chaos in the office, which is small, dingy and unorganized. They mischarged me the incorrect amount so had to then re (up)charge my CC, again. (They said they were charging me for a double sled, but put me on a single sled). Once we finally got to the snowmobiles/trailhead (which you drive to on your own, no shuttles here), we were already an hour into the "3 hour tour" that we paid for. And instead of getting our group together to go over safety, the sleds, etc., our guide went to each one of us individually to say the same thing over and over... yet again, cutting into our time even more. After we finally headed out about 25 minutes into the ride, we hit the cabin stop where we come to find out that one of our snowmobiles hadn't been oiled the night before. We had to find another guide to switch the machine out with his so we didn't run out of oil on the trail. It get's better...While our guide was nice enough, she advised mid-way through our tour that she'd head to the trees to check out if it'd be safe enough for our group to adventure into the powder. Well, she never came back. We sat around with our group for nearly 25 minutes waiting for her return, nothing. Eventually, a tour guide from another tour came and told us we had to go down with him and they'd come back up and look for her. We all felt really uncomfortable leaving this guide out in the middle of the woods, sun going down, in 4 degree weather. I know this isn't their first rodeo, but come on, get some radios so you can communicate with your team in times of emergencies. With our tour cut short, down a guide, and going as slow as molasses now behind a different tour, this was not at all what we had envisioned or paid for. We inquired to get a refund for the 1 hour(++) of the tour that never happened. We paid for a 3 hour tour and requested a refund for the difference of their 2 hour tour. Which to be honest, we should have been fully refunded for this joke show. The guide told us we'd have to call the front desk the next day to get it sorted out while they went on their rescue mission. Alas, they dodged our calls, said they'd do this, do that, nothing. We'll be taking this up with our credit card companies. Check out Monarch Snowmobile Tours up the hill, you'll be far better off in their hands. And safe. read more

My dad and I rented snow mobiles this week and had a fantastic time! We went to the top of Cottonwood Pass and cruised around the bowl. The scenery was gorgeous and the bowl was a perfect place to go fast and ride around, even for a beginner like me. We had Caleb as our guide and he was awesome! While my group had an enjoyable time, it was definitely not worth the end cost. Upon return of the ATV's, the guy picking them up quickly pointed out "damage" that I would have never recognized as damage and said that we "must have turned it over". The ATV was returned in the same condition that we picked it up in, no accidents or foul play. It seemed they knew exactly what they were looking for. When it was argued that we did it cause the damage (that we didn't notice, even upon return) the man said that he would not be charging our group. A few days later one person had a charge of $1,100. Because of the few signatures obtained prior to the ride, it looks legit. This was a total scam and these guys are scum bags. read more

I'm sorry to say that our group was not happy with this place. We rented some snowmobiles in advance & showed up early to do the paperwork just like they tell you to. We arrived at 11:15, our ride was supposed to start at noon and last 3 hours. It was very chaotic in the office. We didn't even get to the snowmobiles until after 1:00 because we were waiting on the office people which were overwhelmed, even though we were ready well before noon. When we reached the top the guide informed me that my snowmobile was almost out of oil so our whole group had to wait for another person that works for them to bring up a new machine and trade me. Our guide was very nice, but when we were on top of the mountain she said she was going into the trees and would meet us in ten minutes. She never came back. After we waited a bit for her, another guide from the other company came up to us and said I don't know where she went so you guys need to just come down with us. We are all experienced snowmobilers and we got stuck riding down the mountain at 2mph behind a dreadfully slow group of elder first timers. It was MISERABLE, especially since we had originally been told that we didn't even have to go with a guide at all! At the end of our ride we explained to the other guide- that brought us down- that our guide had started us over an hour late before she got lost, and we were supposed to get to do some more riding- before she got lost, because we started over an hour late and got brought down earlier. He gave us the runaround and said we would have to talk to someone else but that the office was closed so we'd have to call later. 3 of us called the next day and spoke to different people and left voicemails. I never received a call back. All I want is to get what I paid for and that certainly did not happen. read more

BEWARE!! It's unfortunate that Yelp still doesn't allow zero stars. These guys are the biggest scam in Salida, CO and after many years of visiting and using adventure companies, this is the first time I've had a negative review for any business in the area. Please be sure you inspect their vehicles intensely before you ride and take photos as evidence of any damage. My group was never asked to inspect the vehicles prior to our ride and then after a nice ride, the guy who picked us up from our location began inspecting the vehicles and asked if we, "turned it over." We had no incidents or accidents during our ride and no damage was incurred, but one person in my group was charged over $1100 for "parts" several days later. The amount was written in on the blank hard copy credit card receipt he was asked to sign before we started our ride. Please don't be taken advantage of by this dishonest business and don't sign anything without taking a copy of your receipt. These guys have no integrity and hopefully karma will get them in the end. read more

Rented 3 snowmobiles for 3 hours and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY and then some. Excellent customer service with friendly and helpful staff. The trails had amazing views and offered plenty of area to explore. We will definitely be back and recommend these folks to others. read more

All Seasons is the greatest!!! I've rented from them every time I'm in the area for off roading and they are always amazing! Price is good for the area, they don't get you for an arm and a leg which is always appreciated. And they don't take themselves too seriously like some which is a huge plus! Great people, friendly, laid back and they always get back to you. Always very accommodating too, love that! Overall, an amazing experience from the business side, try them out! Worth it! As to the fun.....oh my lol!!!! Every time it's awesome! Wonderful area for riding, so many choices as to trails and scenery! My wife and I decided to take kids on an atv trail ride and chose this company. Pricing seemed fair and they were accomdating to our schedule. We did not take the tour but they put us on a trailhead that they use frequently. Thirty minutes into a 3 hour ride my wife and son's atv gets a flat tire. So I proceed back to try and get cell service or find an air pump. They sent us out with no kind of instruction in case of incident or any tools. I finally find a camper who has a pump and head back to my wife, still no cell service. Get tire pumped but will not stay full, hole too big. So I ride her atv back to parking area. After 1 1/2 hours of getting their machine back to parking area, my wife goes to call them. I proceed to take both our kids on a ride on an easier trail. On my way back to parking area, this atv gets a flat. I was only a half mile out , so we rode on back. Talk to employee while loading up and he tells us its not our fault to talk to owner back at shop. WELL, owner is a real treat, he proceeds to tell us we were responsible for tires and we owed them roughly $325. Hold up....we spent over half our riding time either trying to remedy the incident or sitting around waiting and we owe them another $325 on top of the $260 we already spent! If that's not a scam I don't now what is! I can understand if we were negligent in riding....but we had our 7 and 10 year olds with us, we were not riding all crazy. He even implied that we rode the whole time and damaged tires at the end to try and get a refund. We didn't want a refund just the adventure they sold us! This guy would not reason with us so we begrudingly paid $119 for one tire just to be done with it. Scratch it up as "fool me once....". In the future I will never rent from this company again and will be overly thorough with questioning when considersing renting from some other source. read more
