The location was super convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants (Chick-fil-A, Olive Garden, Red Robin, Tully's, and more) plus Target, Walmart, and other shopping just minutes away. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were genuinely some of the friendliest hotel employees I've come across. They happily shared local dinner and ice cream recommendations and somehow kept smiling while cleaning up waffle batter explosions left behind by a swarm of hungry lacrosse kids in the morning. The fitness center was on the smaller side, but it had everything I needed for a solid workout. Overall, this was a comfortable, convenient stay with exceptional customer service. I'd stay here again if back in the area.

We arrived Thursday, November around 5:00 p.m. and we were supposed to meet a group for dinner. They had no record of our Expedia reservation and said that our reservation had been cancelled. This was not the case as my husband just changed it to add one day at the beginning and taking off one day at the end. After sitting in the lobby for about thirty minutes they let us check in until everything got ironed out with Expedia. The room was nice and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. It helps having free breakfast and coffee all day long too. I'd definitely stay there again.

We had dinner and Mike was our server and he was absolutely amazing. His customer service was top-notch, the staff spilt a plate for us exactly as needed. They just paid attention to detail. Brittany and Monica at the front desk are fantastic. I spoke to Brittany prior to my stay and she was great. I cannot thank the team enough for a wonderful stay. We cant wait to return.

We drove 6 hours from our home to get there, it was sometime after midnight so I was prepared for bad attitudes and some kind of problem at the front desk since almost all of my experiences dealing with businesses of recent have been totally lacking of customer service and a feeling of owing them money instead of me paying them money for a promised service (that I rarely ever get) and them appreciating my choosing them to give my money to keep them in business and a paycheck ! So my wife(Catrina), and I (Lee), walk up and are greeted with big warm happy smiles and genuinely happy people named MONIQUE and KENNETH, who I am without a doubt sure, that if they could, would've come from behind that counter and hugged us as if Cat and I were relatives whom they haven't seen in years just came to stay at their house for a visit ! They were very friendly and accommodating offering us everything and anything to insure our comfort. These two employees are the ONLY REASON WHY I WOULD STAY EXCLUSIVELY AT HILTON PROPERTIES IN THE FUTURE. .. .....PERIOD !!! Also, I feel the same way about the young Hispanic woman who was working our wing cleaning our rooms, and the young black woman cleaning up around the common areas and hallways, she had a pixie type hair style and had a permanent big big smile on her face and spoke very little, but she really didn't have to speak, we knew she enjoyed helping people and more importantly she appeared to really love her job.I wish I would have gotten their names...i am very very sorry to these beautiful and perfect representatives of this company. As panic began to set in, Ed (the Manager) was quick to help me navigate the app & get checked in easily - providing such peace of mind that we were in good hands! It really changed the entire course of our stay to know that we would be well taken care of during an otherwise difficult, stressful time for my family. *The room was spotless upon entry & it smelled lovely. It was a 90 degree day, so opening that door to a cool a beautiful breeze from the AC was the cherry on top! *The pool was gorgeous and the patio was beautifully adorned with loungers and tables for watching the family swim and hearing the birds sing. *The property is very well maintained with flowers and trees, play areas for the kids, fire pit and a grill. *It's close enough to walk to all the shops & restaurants, but far enough off the busy road to not even hear any traffic. *I had wonderful conversations with the staff that contribute to keeping the hotel so nice (with smiles on their faces!) A smallish TV, sitting on yet another bizarre piece of furniture, this piece all laminated, completed the strangest motel stay of my life. Oh and did I forget to mention the ac sucked? I curse the front desk clerk at Holiday Inn that sent us to this disaster.
