The room itself didn't have a fridge or a coffee pot, but right outside of our room was an area with coffee, ice, refrigerator, toaster, bagels, breads, yogurt and more. The location of this Inn was super close to restaurants and the Harbor(right in front of the Harbor), Sackets Harbor village is lovely also! I would definitely stay there again. Judy was wonderful managing our reservation and warmly greeted us when we arrived. I like the concept of boutique hotels but sometimes find they can be too cramped or stuffy, not the Harbor House Inn. It's intimate but rooms are spacious so you feel like you can breathe. The room was absolutely amazing, farmhouse chic with a splash of coastal aesthetic. The soaking tub was to die for! The bed was very comfy. All the staff were friendly. Our room had a partial view of the lake, was a welcome surprise. The hotel is right in the center of town, perfect walking location to the battlefield, shops and eateries. All we wanted was a night away from the little ones but Harbor House Inn delivered a sweet experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return. It was worth the money spent!

The location was very convenient to the town, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bed and pillows were SO comfy. We also had a nice view of the water and boats from the room, which was a bonus. However, the balcony hadn't been cleaned off in a while as there were lots of bugs and cobwebs. The hotel also offers Starbucks coffee on each floor every morning! The breakfast on the patio was good, but the service was a little slow. We also enjoyed happy hour on the patio one night though --the crab dip was delicious, and the espresso martini was excellent. A couple of things to know before your stay: there aren't complimentary bottled waters in the room, but the front desk is happy to provide them if you ask. The hotel also doesn't have a late-night market or convenience area for drinks and snacks, which would have been nice.
