The DON and ADON were both unprofessional with how they communicated to me (a guest), as well as the employee. Not only were the attitudes of the management unprofessional and unpleasant, as was the attire being worn throughout the building. The apparel being worn is indistinguishable unprofessional and unacceptable. If the other workers have to come in with a uniform on, and still looking professional, then that example should be being set by upper man. The lack of care is becoming visible more and more as I visit. This place needs to be investigated by the state. Ever since I started visiting, i've noticed that its nothing but a liability to the city. Patiently waiting on mom to finish her therapy so I can rescue her from this place of hell!

We were pleased with his level of care & the attentiveness of the care staff. I was pleased with their level of communication - they ensured I was in the loop regarding what was going on with my father. He adjusted well and we felt confident his needs were being met. He moved to the Memory Care unit (MC) a few weeks ago and seems to be thriving in this new area. The level of care is different, but still great! I have no doubt my dad is in the best place for his needs. I would definitely recommend the Presbyterian Community. The only less than positive thing I can say is the facility is quite dated and is in need of being updated. But, the facility is safe, clean and appropriate.

Every mid- December we have received a form letter stating prices will increase effective January 1st. Everytime I have asked Crystal ( lady in charge of the facility) if the price will keep going up every year and she says she does not for see it ... yet it does keep happening. Literally giving us 2 weeks notice before the monthly price increase. Yet they expected a 30 day notice to move her out. The letter is the same every year the only thing that's changes is the amount that is added. We are moving our Mother out because of this and also the uncaring and very matter-of -fact way management has handle this. The staff is good ... However the management is very misleading. So if you have a set amount of money you can afford DO NOT put a loved one here. They will keep raising the price every year. My mom had been there 3 years and there has been 3 price increase . The first increase only 3 months after me moved her in, and then every December since.

My mother, who was in need of compassionate and attentive care, was subjected to conditions that were far from acceptable. During her stay, it was distressing to witness her wandering the halls aimlessly due to a lack of adequate supervision. The staff seemed either overwhelmed or indifferent, and this lack of attention to her needs left her in a vulnerable and unsettling situation. There were multiple instances where she was found sleeping on the floor, which is not only unacceptable but also indicative of severe negligence. It is profoundly troubling to think that a facility entrusted with the care of our loved ones would allow such a situation to occur. Overall, the quality of care at Wellmore Nursing Home fell significantly short of expectations. The lack of proper supervision and the failure to provide a safe and comfortable environment for residents are major concerns that need urgent addressing. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for both the management and prospective families to carefully consider their options and ensure their loved ones receive the care and respect they deserve. i am giving 2 stars for because the day nurses were great but management and night staff is terrible.

There wasn't anything else they could do for him ,but they said the HOSPICE could get things faster than what he could. After talking with this lady for quite awhile I felt like hearing from her how she would have their people take care of her family members should that time ever arrive. I'm so happy that I chose them because they were there all the way to the end. It was April 2nd an I began to notice some changes in the way he was having problems drinking water through a straw. Along with other things that was unusual for him so I called an a nurse called me almost as I put my phone down. She said she was on her way an it would take her about an hour to reach us, but she only took fourth minutes. She took his vitals an said things were a little off and she said she was concerned so she would stick around. My family was impressed by the amount of her continually checking him. She sat down next to mom an was talking with her, but I noticed she was constantly looking at pop when she got a look on her face that was a look of concern. She stood up walked over to me an said she was concerned because she said she hadn't seen him take a breath in about five minutes. She said that she was going to check him again because she didn't want to upset mom. Upon checking his vitals she turned and whispered that he was gone. She went to mom an broke the news to her. My wife and daughter inlaw helped her lay down. The nurse took care of calling everyone that needed to be contacted. Overall I'd give the entire folks that came to care for him a GOLD AWARD. Since then my mom has started having heart ,kidney ,bowels, diabetic, plus some more issues. I didn't hesitate calling them. They got a copy of mom's medical history and said she qualified for the assistance with Hospice. They had said a nurse would be by twice a week unless she needed more. They said that someone would be coming three times a week and they have had someone here Monday thru Friday to help her bathe, change her clothes if needed plus other things if she needed it done. So far the care they've shown my mom is a huge five star. I highly recommend AGAPE to anyone that has a family member that is needing assistance. These folks are at the top of the list when it comes to having home care. I WANT TO SEND A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE ENTIRE HOSPICE COMPANY AGAPE..........
