Raoul was hired by a contractor to epoxy an office floor after flood damage…read more The floor had issues from the beginning, pitting, non sealed areas, application thickness was inconsistent, the floor was rough, and yellowed. Along with product splatters on baseboards, door frames, kick plates, and office furniture. Raoul came back to "fix" the floor. He stated when he resealed the floor it would fix the pits, unevenness of the floor and roughness of the flake. At no time was the splatters or over coverage addressed. The floor started to lift, bubble, and yellow again. We had two other floor companies come in and look at the floor and give us an ideal of the issues. Both stated the concrete surface was not prepped properly and the product was applied incorrectly and reckless. Raoul was brought back in to assess the floor, he stated 1) the bubbling of the epoxy could be gasses coming up thru the concrete.....not 2) bad product from the manufacturer...not At no point did he take responsibility for the issues with the floor. He was asked if the floor was prepped and he stated he had done the prep himself. When he was asked about the areas where the product was on the baseboards, door jambs, and office furniture he shrugged his shoulders and had nothing to say. At this point the floor has to be removed and re applied. This will not be done by Raoul.
