Cosmic Home and Pet was highly recommended to us and lived up to our expectations! Our initial contact was over the phone and after that, was a smooth process of organizing dates and a face to face meeting which all went very well. Brea seemed very easy going and comfortable acclimatizing to our home almost immediately. For the duration of our time away, I received numerous updates, videos and photos via text message. I could tell that my kitties were happy as Brea's photos and videos showed them playing with her, being active etc. Although I missed them like crazy, I was not at all worried about them, which made our vacation more enjoyable. Upon arriving home, everything was well taken care of. The litter box was cleaned, their food station was up to par and our mail was even collected for us. Our keys were returned in a very timely manner. Cosmic Home and Pet was affordable and our experience with them was just excellent. Keep up the amazing work and you will be hearing again from Boots and Whiskey in the near future.

It set my mind at ease to know my little guy got some out of cage time while I was away and that he was being well cared for! Brea and I had a zoom meeting where I showed her around and discussed my bird. Dropping off my key was very easy. I'll definitely use Cosmic Pet for future trips out of town.

Our pup is always excited when we arrive and we know she has a great time there. This location is incredibly convenient for us and significantly more affordable than other options is Seattle. I like that the dogs have lots of space to roam in the backyard can freely move inside and outside when they want to. We feel very lucky to send our dog to Baba Lu's!

I've used baba Lu's for a few of my visits and it's been a mixed bag. My dog was fine at the meet and greet and 2 of the bookings, my dog was fine and staff were nice. 2 of the other times I had issues with my dog - once he came back with two chipped teeth and 6 dime to quarter sized scabs from an altercation, and the other time he needed to visit the emergency vet due to swelling of his male appendage and extreme redness/sores around his genitals. For the latter booking, I find it odd that the caretakers did not notice this as two different vets said it was obvious it had been out for a while. To me, it seems like the caretakers are not watching the dogs as attentively as they should. If something was odd, I should've been contacted but wasn't. After the whole situation at the emergency vet happened, the owner of Baba lu's (Lori) seemed indifferent about the situation. My partner also noticed distressed barking one time when I was picking up my dog but shrugged it off. I won't be back especially after this last emergency vet visit and the lack of observation. Use your own judgement - I shouldn't have used baba Lu's after the first incident. Some other info: Lori will offers trazodone to dogs that have anxiety - I had to specifically mention not to use it as she's not a vet. It's odd that a dog boarder/day care would offer this medication that requires a prescription and that if a dog wasn't a fit, they wouldn't be allowed. Baba Lu's does not offer any refunds but provides credits with at least 2 weeks notice only if they can fill the spot. Any notice less than 2 weeks has a cancellation fee and it's usually 3 days. Weekday drop off is 7-10am with no weekend morning drop offs. Pickup is up to 9pm. There's a $45 charge for day care if you don't pickup before 10am. otherwise $60 for boarding a night. Venmo (not using goods and services) seems to be the preferred way for payment. Lori will not show you where dogs sleep during the temperament visit nor is she willing to send pictures of your pet during boarding as it is "confidential". Again, I do not recommend Baba Lu's Playhouse.

But, then I had a better idea and started looking for pet sitters for the day. We found several listed on yelp. Mark was one of our first calls. He was responsive and available. He met us at breakfast briefly to say hello and tell us his plan for the day with Titan and make sure that we all felt comfortable. Titan hit it off with Mark immediately. This is the first time we had ever left Titan with a stranger and we weren't sure how Titan would react. As we pulled away titan didn't even watch us leave as he and Mark were already off to a great start. Mark sent us text pics of their adventure together throughout the day & night and that really made us happy! Mark kept Titan with him and a couple other cute doggies all day and then delivered him to our vacation rental just before we got home. We were cracking up when we found a report card Mark left for Titan with a big red A+ at the top and notes of what they did and how many time he pooped! Lol! To sum it up Mark offers great service, quality care and is very compassionate. We highly recommend Mark.

We were going to be out of the country for a few days, and after touring a dog hospital decided we didn't feel comfortable leaving our puppy more or less locked up in a crate all day. We found Mark via Rover.com and he was able to schedule our meet and greet pretty quickly. After meeting our puppy, it was clear they hit it off, so we booked the stay and enjoyed receiving pictures and updates for each day she was with him (Thursday - Tuesday). I would highly recommend Mark as a sitter, especially for any first time pet parents. He is extremely professional and has the calmest, nurturing disposition... a true pleasure to work with. To boot, our puppy went into heat about a week before we were scheduled to leave the country, and Mark rolled with the punches like a pro. He took amazing care of her and accommodated her being in heat. I would give him 5 stars! As an added bonus, I believe having Khaleesi (our puppy) be part of Mark's pack for daily walking and overnight stays greatly helped calm her energy level down, offer her a stable routine, and priceless socializing. She returned to us calmer, more obedient, and attentive.

Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. Thank you, Einat and team, for taking such wonderful care of Charlie.
