As of 1/12/ 24 the rent up to a whopping $ 258.00 a month. We decided this was crazy and move to the new Monster storage. Kim, the manager was great and set us up with a great rate. So the BONUS at Life storage was my appliances and leather sofa were infested with mice,along with my precious photo albums. All they say is do you have insurance. Why should I make a claim on my insurance and have my rates go up due to their neglect, as well as my photos can't be replaced and are now stained with mouse urine and feces . I hope this help you all find a better storage facility.

But when I am late even one payment due to health, covid, or whatever, they send a pre-lien notice out (which affects my credit) - BUT- here's the kicker - then when you try to pay, they will 1) Not answer the corporate phone no., 2) not answer the local no., 3) not answer their emails, and 4) not allow you to pay online. It's as if they really WANT to sell your things. This has been going on for at least a week (as it had several other times), during which I receive threatening texts and mail but am unable to speak to anyone or pay. I am nowhere close to the storage location that I can go in and pay in person. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and BUSINESS PRACTICES.
