He was very clear in his description of what needed to be done and why. An appointment was set for two days later, and he pruned my tree exactly as he described. I was very pleased with the results. They arrived early and did all the work as promised; removed hedge, ground stumps they could, communicated about our plants on neighbors property, cleaned up, and provided instructions on how to remove ivy roots so it doesn't grow back. Jesus is the best. His crew is efficient ant very safe. He has been trimming our trees for years. When the last big storm happened, he removed a huge downed tree from our neighbors yard. Not only do the do a great job, they make sure that my yard looks amazing after they are done. I used to price check and 9 times out of 10 he was my best price. One time I went with the low bid of another company. Bad choice. Unsafe, my yard was thrashed and they did not even remove the cut down wood and logs as promised. I learned my lesson. The weight of the fruits were causing the branches to break off. Jesus and his team came over and trimmed it making it safer and also it looked a lot better.
