Needed my palm trees desperately trimmed. About 2 years overdue. It wasn't the cheapest but they did an excellent job on trimming. The palms looked beautiful. The only issue was there was a punch of palm nuts all over the ground and one of the branches fell down causing a hole in one of my loungers. Overall was pretty satisfied though. read more

This is a severely over due review. I needed my tree trimmed and shaped while I was out of town. I had pictures of my overgrown Magnolia tree in the front yard. I had painted white primer on 5 or 6 of the must-go branches and left the rest up to them to shape it. When I returned, my time sensitive tree care was spectacular and very reasonably priced. This was April 16th of 2013. Over the years I have needed tree estimates and I was unsuccessful at locating my emails to dig up their contact details. I have since been procrastinating on getting what is not long overdue tree estimates for the backyard. He supervised and ensured everything was done thoughtfully and with an eye toward detail that you'd hope for from a neighbor, never mind a business person. In the end, the crew left the yards cleaner than when they started, clearing away years of deadfall or old decaying leaves, because they still had the room in the truck. They are excellent! Very professional and nice. They came out for a free estimate and were able to come back to remove the tree within a week! The day they were supposed to come to remove the tree in our backyard, it was raining all morning and I thought for sure that they wouldn't be able to do it. I was surprised when they said they were still coming and took the tree down even though it was still raining! It was too wet to remove the stump, so as soon as it was dry, they came back to grind the stump. I am so impressed with how quickly and efficiently they got the job done. They helped me work out what needed to be done, the price was completely fair, they were incredibly fast. I learned a lot about the existing trees and how to take care of them. This time I had a bigger tree to remove and another to move. Again, quick service, really nice people. It turns out we had a misunderstanding (could have been my fault) about the hole from the old tree (I needed enough room to plant a new one) and they gave me zero grief about fixing the problem. I worked with Lisa on setting an appointment for a quote and she was very flexible with her dates and times. Carlos came out at the promised time and give us not only a quote but suggestions on the best way to go about the project. He also advised us of options we would have post-project and his advice allowed us to make the best decision on the tree.
