Most of the new boards he used to place in concrete joints were not measured properly and one was buckled. It keep popping up and I had to remove it. I called J.W., on numerous occasions to ask him to come back and make the proper repairs. Sadly, he said he would return, but never did - NEVER! Finally, he has on his business card a 3 digit license number. It gives you the impression he's licensed - he's not. Furthermore, it does not comply with any of the requirements of the CA State Contractor's Licensing Board. I had to have all of his work pulled up. A new and more effective strategy was designed for edging. Certainly, I would never again use his services.

We also had him switch out our old 80s hanging lights in the entryway and in the stairwell, the old yellowing smoke alarms and exchanged our ugly "stuck in the 80s" ceiling lights for some contemporary recessed lighting. Dale also installed four ceiling fans that were old and outdated, I've added a photo of the fan in our office.
