He kept me informed of when he would arrive and even when he was running behind on the job before mine, he re-informed me he would be running late and the approximate time he would able to leave. AND, on top of that, he called me 10-minutes before he arrived on my front door step. He doesn't charge those astronomically ridiculous "house call fees" like the others do. There is a nominal charge, but it is applied towards the work done. He looked at both projects, gave me an astonishingly amazing great quote right on the spot. I approved and he got to work straight away. He took my payment and emailed my receipt. Super clean, super easy and super efficient. It's now about almost two months later and everything is working great. I plan to have him come back out to attend to both the front and back doorbells. It's sad a company that provides a service can't in return respect possible customers time and give beneficial updates or cancellation notices. I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.
