Foolishly, I paid with a credit card. In May there was a $36.99 charge on my credit card that I did not authorize but have been told by their AI assistant that it was the monthly fee I signed up for. But I did not sign up for this. I am now in the process of contesting the charge and feel this was an intentional scam. If they won't credit me, I will contest through the bank card.

The location is very convenient with plenty of businesses nearby. The associates are always very kind and helpful. During my last visit, I was having an issue getting one of my coupons to work, but the staff was able to assist me and make sure the discount went through. After that, I was able to get my car wash and take advantage of the vacuum area. They also provide additional items like towels, which made it easy to dry off the remaining excess water on my car. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service was great.

Yesterday, was an exception to my prior experiences. My car was dirty from the rain, but it's also ceramic-coated and PPF'd. After going through the wash and getting home, I discovered the front and sides of my car were clean, but the back was so dirty, like it had never been washed. The wiper blade marks were still visible on the back windshield after the wash didn't even do a thing for the back of my car. I did sign up for the unlimited wash club but I'm seriously not impressed given my last experience. How does a car wash miss cleaning 1/4 of a car. And again, I've been here previously and not had this experience so something is definitely a miss with this trip.

The card machine did not work so i scanned my card again at the 2nd bay from the left. The machine wasnt making any noise or starting the wash so i scanned it again and nothing. I moved to the next bay over and the same thing happend. I had to wait about 2 minutes after scanning my car and then it started working somehow. I was charged the initial 10 dollar hold but then charged a total of 40 dollars on one transaction and 4 on another. Very very disappointing because nowhere on any sign is the number 40 so its very suspicious and wrong. Had to dispute it with my bank and explain the whole situation. All for a car wash.... I made multiple trips to try and find a sticker and it is shameful how management doles them out. The license plate reader is unable to read a handicap symbol plate and there is only one employee for the first hour of opening which makes it difficult to get someone over to input the license number for entrance at that time. All stores seem to have trouble getting window stickers in a timely matter. The company phone number for customer servce is completely useless, instead they ask you to use their website and send a message. Someone will respond within a matter of days, so they say. The carwash is state of the art and does a good job. Management needs help as there seems to be no one in charge of Good Customer Service. It is my impression that GM's are not getting the support they need. If you have handicapped plates avoid the runaround. Go somewhere else. Overall the staff is friendly and kind. I appreciate that.
