one of the worst companies that i have come across in a long time they tore a piece of my trim off my lincoln and told me it was my fault that my lincoln had old glued on trim and that the glue let go but when i went home to check the car the piece was bolted on no glue strips of any kind but the manager is a liar. tried to cancel my membership 2 of 3 times they wont do it charge my wife double and wont return it after showing them the bank statment. if u could use a no star rating i would but dont have this option buyer beware when my wife was trying to cancel the payments at the store had another guy there with the same issues please watch your self with this company none of the employees seem to care about customer service and will lie to your face. thanks for messing up my car and overcharging me its the last dollar u will ever get from any of my family read more

I brought my 2001 tundra in for a detail spent nearly $400 stains still in my carpet on the floor old fries still in between where the seatbelt buckle is half of the trim is completely dirty. All they did was scrub it once and put a shit ton of grease all over my dash looks shiny, but still a turd. It's incredible that you guys charge so much for detailing yet. Can't get basic dirt out of carpet let alone put some elbow, grease into scrubbing, completely disappointed, and dissatisfied would not recommend Jackson's auto spa charges a fraction of the cost and did a much better job on my other vehicle. My only complaint is that they signed me up for the unlimited membership which wasn't explained to me, I didn't ask for and when I told them to reverse the charges, they said it would have to run through the month and reverse next month??? I used to use cobblestone quite frequently when I lived here. While visiting in town, I really just needed to clean my car both inside and out. I arrived about 5 PM on a Sunday and there were quite a few people still waiting for cars to be completed. The service associate was very nice. I basically said what I needed and he pointed me to the variety of car washes. I chose the lower level since I was traveling and the car may get dirty again in a few days. He took my license plate information and I paid outside. I was handed a claim check. Inside for me is a lot of fun because it has pretty much every beverage and snack you could dream of. There's also a free popcorn and a few comfortable sitting areas as well as outside. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be finished. I thought that was a reasonable amount of time. I thought it was a good value. Overall my car smelled and looked good. I would definitely use them again. If I was in town I always recommend them to my family who does live in Arizona. read more

Yelp Review: Cobblestone Car Wash My Experience at Cobblestone Car Wash Surprise AZ on Bell I recently visited Cobblestone Car Wash in which my husband and I have full-service membership to clean both of our vehicles. I prefer to use the express service rather than full service for my vehicle as if my time is limited, I can run through and be on my way. When we purchased our full-service membership over a year ago, the associate placed the code for entry inside the door of the vehicles. If you go through self-service, the scanners do not pick this up. I typically wait a bit, and someone will scan, and I am on my way. During the visit prior to this latest visit, I attempted to use self-service, the associate told me to go to park my car and walk into the store to get another sticker as they were too busy with full service to assist. I too was too busy to do that. The other day was my final attempt to utilize my monthly membership and the last. When arriving, I opened my car door so the attendant could easily see I needed assistance. Several times, they looked at me and went to other cars that were either waiting or drove up in full-service queues to attempt the standard and upselling. Being a seasoned saleswoman, I feel I am experienced enough to evaluate a situation quickly and I was proven to be correct. After waiting a bit, I walked to them and waited for them to finish with their customer. We locked eyes and went directly to the next car. I waited again and team member told me when they were finished, they would come right over. After that, another car attendant came out and the associate that I had been waiting for immediately gave them an overview of the queue and pointed out everyone who was waiting to include me. We AGAIN made eye contact, and I assumed they were coming to assist but alas.... they were on to the next upsell. I honked my horn which did get their attention, and they quickly came over and could not understand my frustration and quite frankly anger. I explained this is NOT an effective way to conduct business and that I would be cancelling my membership so there would be no further issue with me at Cobblestone. I assumed they agreed as they cheerfully told me "PERFECT." As you can imagine, we were off to the races. "Oh no you did not just say that to me?" was the initial reply and then I told him exactly what I thought of his demeanor. They immediately apologized and offered to make the situation right, but it was far too late for that. I was insulted, disrespected, discarded and this to a loyal member of your program for two cars full service for over a year. To close the review, I have decided to not identify the employee. They know who they are and when they read this and they will, I hope they remember to treat EVERYONE kindly and professionally. To me the lesson is for this person to read this and never do it again and not for the employee's action to be the reason for management to blame shift for their lack of leadership and support as management is not without fault. Working with reduced labor to offset other costs is unacceptable and an insult to your team and customers. Do better as you will earn and retain business far greater than your hourly labor cost. read more

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst car wash experiences I've had, especially for the price. I paid over $50 and expected at least a basic level of thoroughness, but my windshield still had bugs, and the interior clearly hadn't been touched--there was still visible dust on the screen and dashboard. When I brought these issues up to a staff member, they seemed uninterested and brushed it off while continuing to assist other customers. It didn't even look like the car had been vacuumed. If you go to this place for an oil change be prepared for them to up sell you on things you don't need, over charge and put things on your bill you don't ask for. I had my husband go there for an oil change on a 2019 Yukon and a new cabin filter and he came back with a $248 bill. I went over the bill and they put 2 things in my oil for $19.99 each, other charges just have codes, so I have no idea what it was for. I called customer service 2 days and they were so busy I had to leave my name, number and license plate number for their automated secretary and still have not gotten a call back. read more

They were fast but did a bad job cleaning the inside of my car. They left a plastic cup and straw under the driver's seat, missed a glaring sticky stain on my console, didn't wipe my mats (still had footprints) and the carpeting still had bits of gravel. I came in for an oil change and my wipers replaced. It came with a complimentary wash. I was happy with the oil change service but as far as the complimentary wash, my car was never wiped down by the attendants. I was in a hurry that day so I didn't have time to complain about the terrible wash job I received. If a manager is reading this review, maybe you can tell you car wash attendants to actually do a good job on wiping down customers car or don't give a complimentary car wash if you're going to do a half ass job. read more

This is the only Yelp review I have ever written/ felt the need to write. I came in for a ceramic coating and was greeted by Robert Higgins in the service bay. Robert asked if I wanted to upgrade to the clay bar option. I asked how much that would be instead of the ceramic coating. He said $150. $40 more than the $110 ceramic coating I thought that sounds great, I'll do that. I also asked for my two front seats to be shampooed he said he could do that no charge. Great. He walked me over to the computer showed me him typing out the $150 charge on the screen. I Instead I was charged $454 which was not divulged to me at all for a clay bar ($150), exterior polish and protect ($250) (asked for the ceramic coating $110) , and an ultimate wash($38). Unfortunately I hadn't noticed until Robert had left for the day and I could not speak to him. Luckily the car wash manager (Brian Anderson) was there. I let Brian know the situation. He gave me his personal number and said they will investigate into the situation and let me know in the next few days. I would also like to add that it took them about 2 and a half hours to get my truck done. The exterior looks great but the seats could have been done better and they forgot the air freshener. As of right now I will be leaving this as a 1 star review until I hear back from the car wash manager. read more

Came to pick up a giftcard for my mom for carwashes. She is amazing. My gift is serving and I get it from her. She just loves to be there for us. I went in to purchase. The gal rang me up and handed me the card. The card looked like it needed a car wash. It was scratched up and black. It looked like it was ready for the trash. I asked her if this was it? She said yes they reuse their giftcards. I told her it was a gift. Ha ha She didn't know how to transfer funds to a new card. So she washed it up for us the best she could. If I could give this place zero stars I would. My boyfriend went to get his work truck detailed, paid over $150, only to get it back and have nothing done to the truck. It was obvious the workers didn't even attempt to wipe down the dash or vacuum and shampoo the carpets like promised when the truck was dropped off. These issues were brought to the attention of a staff a member who attempted to reclean the vehicle very poorly. When asked for the manager, manager was extremely rude and stated "I don't have time for this just give him a full refund he can leave a yelp review I don't care." Manager did not attempt to be apologetic, did not offer a new cleaning, just gave us the refund and walked away without another word. We had planned to bring 3 other vehicles back to this location today for detailed however they just lost our business forever and we will constantly tell everyone we know to not give this place the time of day for the absolutely terrible service we received. My boyfriend called the corporate office to file a complaint only to be told they would return our call in 5 days as this isn't a big enough issue to them. read more
