Want to like this car wash but paying for a particular wash only to find out all of the features shown weren't available....disappointing. Paid $18 for a wash that should include tire shine but the attendant said tire shine wasn't available but the price was still $18. With 2 other car washes within 1 mile of Super Star, I'll be trying them next time. read more

When did going through a drive through car wash become an opportunity to try to sell someone on washed? Is it me or is the purpose of the self serve kiosk, is so we don't have to have someone push the buttons for us and try to sell us? Not to mention be rude like the lady today. I was in a rush trying to get a wash as she is asking me questions l, I let her know I am just trying to wash my truck and her response was rude and like sorry just trying to have a conversation. Would not recommend unless you enjoy rude employees mad cause you are not upgrading to the unlimited washes. read more

This business changed its price structure and services, and not for the better. Now a basic wash is more costly, the drying leaves more water on your vehicle, and the water is dirty. My windows were terrible when I looked at them. I won't be a customer again. read more

I'm a new user at the Surprise/Bell location. Initially I loved this place. It's convenient, love they have everything you need to clean the inside and air up your tires. However recently I went and something in the car wash scratched up my car. I spoke to the assist manager and filled out a report. No one has ever contacted me, which I find to be terrible. read more

The top roller will tear off your spoiler. It tore mine off. I filed a claim and the first email was cordial enough. It let me know they were "investigating" but to respond to them asap and let them know I received the email. The next email came 5 mins later saying the claim was denied. "After a thorough investigation" (5 min investigation I guess)your claim is denied because they are not responsible for "AFTERMARKET PARTS OR NON-FACTORY (OEM) ITEMS." I replied that my spoiler is factory, not aftermarket. Then they replied again that I was denied, this time because my car is over 7 years old. Then they repeated the thorough investigation line. They can't even be bothered to check their equipment after it causes damage, so why would you take your car there? read more

Wadell location has defective equipment with zero safety measures in place. the first roller came down and stuck in the front of the truck. ripping the headlight, pushing the fender back into the door and damaging the grill. we were first told the car wash would take care of the damage and then a young man with a ponytail and ear gauges became aggressive telling my boyfriend he didn't know how to drive and threatening to trespass us if we didn't leave. he refuses to supply any contact information for a claim until the police had to get involved. Now somehow this is our fault? the roller literally stuck in the front of the truck! Never again. and now we will have to sue to get the extensive damages taken care of. Good luck with trying to cancel their use of your credit cards!!! I got rid of a vehicle and was given instructions on how to terminate my account via their website. I even asked for help from their on-line chat!!! Guess what the fools cannot find my vehicle as well, but they keep billing me!!! Do not sign on for this service of unlimited washes. Sounds good, if you are able to terminate, but no way in hell, can you do. I had to file a BBB complaint and I got them to reimburse me from a previous vehicle, but I never imagines I would endure the same crap!!! read more

if I can vote the worst car wash / the worst customer service and all the humiliation I got from people there - probably I would have gone more for then a review on yelp. I went one morning to wash my car before work and something inside the "machine " while I was on the lift I heard a loud noise.. exactly when the brush that washes the top of car went down ... (in the back of my car) when I got down at the vacuum station I found my left right light broken .. I was so disappointed and I couldn't believe it happened to me... I called one worker to figure out what to do next / how can we resolve since this happened on their property... she called me names / screaming loud to me in public (next to other customers )that I am a liar and I am a drama queen. I called for the manager I asked to look into the cameras/ and indeed they saw that before entering in the car wash the light was not broken and after exiting the car wash it looked damaged/ but because of the spot was not too big the camera was blurry . they put a camera in a such not perfect spot so the video can look blurry or not very clear ... they helped me to make a report / and after leaving from them I called my insurance. my insura ce worked with their insurance for 2 months and I did not got any kind of help or apology from them . I went the next day to ask for the video (silly me ) and obviously they refused me / because they did not had it .. (their excuse) I regret that I did not recorded with my phone for my own proof and safety. after this incident we decided to get dash camera front & rear / bc we realized how selfish people are ( some companies) in this kind of incidents. and the brutality they chose to face the issue was so inhumane. I am just a nurse that decided that morning in April to get a car wash after a long night shift and to ensure those humiliating words in front of other customers. On 2/24/2026, at 9:25am, I went to Super Star Car Wash 16957 W Bell Rd. Surprise, AZ 85374 location and had my car washed. After I drove away and getting onto the freeway, I notice my driver side mirror was bouncing back and forth. My car dealership was only three exits down, so I stopped by and spoke to Service Rep. Stephen that handles Sand's Kia Surprise repairs. I asked what the issue was and he said that two of the three clips were broken holding the mirror. He recommended repairing so the mirror would not break. The cost to fix it was $198.88, so I had it repaired. I tried to reach the car wash off of their receipt, but they did not have a phone number on it. I went home and got onto their website and lodged a complaint and to ask for the repair costs to be given to me. Dawn Dyer was the service agent for Super Star Car Wash and said to only go through her and over many email threads told me they denied my claim. The initial reason was I should have gone back to the car wash to complete a report. I told them I had to get it immediately fixed due to a safety issue, then right afterwards, I contacted them. I asked to appeal it, and they came back that their assessment team still denied my claim. I would like to have BBB see if they can do something and if not, to give them a lower score than their A+ score. I want a full compensation of the amount I spent using their car wash that broke my mirror clips. Also, I asked that Channel 3 on your side do a segment for people that get their cars broken by this car was and denied claims to fix it. read more

First of all, one of three vehicles I initially signed up for unlimited car washes is no longer ours, and I've been trying to drop the vehicle from the account since June 1, 2024. Everything I've tried in their web site has failed: it doesn't recognize my name, any of the three vehicles registered by license number, or the credit card used: I've approached car wash employees at the site where I signed up for the service -- and they give me a lot of bad advice about how to drop the one vehicle from the account -- none of their instructions work. Seems that it's easy enough to sign up at the car wash, but no one has the time to cancel one of the vehicles on the account... so I've paid ~$36 extra a month for a car no longer owned. It's fraudulent. I've called and left several messages for the manager, asking her to call me to straighten this out. I'm wondering if she even works there, as it seems like there's never the same people at the facility working there. Perhaps their revolving door of employees is a part of the problem. The other things that's an endless source of irritation is that their bar code readers and license plate readers never work. You can sit at the gate for more than 10 minutes waiting for the ID tag to be read, and only after an employee enters their pass card and my vehicle license plate number does it work -- even though they have to sometimes enter it numerous times to get it to work. There's no contact information available to resolve this and other problems at a corporate level. The phone number provided for a manager results only in a voice mail message recording, and calls aren't returned. These young kids running these facilities have neither good manners or the good graces to return a phone call -- assuming that these messages are ever listened to. My only option is to cancel authorization of charges, and discussing this with my financial institution, they're willing to give me three months of credit for June-August if this isn't resolved. They have furnished me with evidence that I've been calling the car wash office, which I've called six times from my bank manager's office, showing the manager my cellphone to prove I've never had a call returned by the manager. If this isn't resolved, I'm filing a formal consumer complaint with the State of Arizona. read more

Their equipment misses spots, has horrible reviews, and after running through a second time, same results. Prices are ridiculous when compared to 4 Sons, and trust me, as a former Auto Detailer, I highly recommend 4 Sons . My backshield roof spoiler also got ripped off and no one paid for the damages I have also recently witnessed an accident of two cars running into each other, and the power going out mid-wash and the products used are horrible. 4 Sons, has better prices at nearly 50% of what you'd pay over at the other place, their equipment is actually amazing and thier products are better. Yes, I'll be happy to pay the $12 bucks, bring some of my own auto detailer supplies, and leave my car looking sleek, clean and sexy in the end, its sad that a gas station auto wash is outperforming a private establishment dedicated to auto washing oh well, thanks for the washes 4 Sons! He asked whose car it was? Does it matter? Are you a cop? It's none of your business whose car it is. Quick and convenient one of the hundreds of car washes that are popping up lately. Having to park outside I signed up for the unlimited wash membership. I got in for a holiday special and essentially 3 months for the price of 1. Normal rate is around $17 a month for unlimited washes, if you get 2 washes a month you made your money back! Surprisingly there was a big wait today and the wash shit down twice (while I was in it)! Not too long to wait while it got right back up. Free vacuums and air hoses on the other end. Plenty of bays to vacuum and dry off the truck. But there were no complimentary towels that they advertise. Overall quick easy car wash. Good bang for your buck or you wash often! read more

Definitely going downhill . This is the second time in a month and the last time I'll be spending my money here. It was very busy today which is normal for the weekend. I paid for the $19 wash with the tire shine. The same wash I also pod for the last time. Not only was I not even given an air freshener and had to walk over and ask for one when done. The tires were not shined either. Something is obviously wrong with their system when it's charging for the $19 wash and I'm leaving with the very basic . For those wondering yes I've let them know. Took our Outback through yesterday and the cargo carrier fell off in the wash, almost hitting another car. I've taken it through multiple washes before & it has never been an issue. Drove past multiple employees who could have easily told us we cannot go through with it, but no one said anything. The kid told us this could have been prevented and took our info down, making it seem like they would take responsibility as the $700 cargo carrier & the car itself were both damaged, and acting like they would fix it. Came back today to speak to a manager & said there's nothing they will do because they have a sign warning about modifications (which btw, is very broad & not specific to anything). Brand new car wash right in front of Winco! The day they opened, I was driving by and saw a sign for a free car wash. Score! Pulled up and got my free basic wash (I had my wifes car at the time). A few days later, my buddy sent me a Facebook link for another free wash, this time it was the super premium deluxe wash ($15.95 value). This time I took my car down there to get cleaned up. I was impressed with the washes. Normally, I am a $3.00 touch up kind of wash guy. It was nice to get a more complete wash done, especially for free. Staff is friendly, and you can't beat the extras they have here. They have two different kinds of vacuum nozzles, compressed air, and free towels to dry your car! Score! We have a Yamaha topper on our car. Before signing up, we were assured it would be safe as they would turn the upper roller off each time. We went through numerous times without incident until a worker turned the roller off at the wrong time and our car went through. The roller caught under the topper completely shearing off the front clips. Then it lifted the fully loaded topper into an overhead sign where it lodged. The car behind us then rammed into us twice as the conveyor did not stop. We frantically honked our horn until someone shut the whole thing down. Thank God the back clips on the topper held. If the topper came completely off, the driver behind us could have been pinned. A worker named "Cisco" assured us that since it was their fault, that the company would send an adjustor to assess the damage and that they would take care of any replacements or repairs. He supplied us with business card, his name and personal phone number (mailbox is always full and text messages are ignored) The car behind us hit us twice while we were in the carwash and his car had damage as well. After two attempts at getting our issue resolved by calling the corporate office and receiving the runaround, we received no help. I finally used the "contact us" portion on their website and received a phone call back quickly. We were told they would not pay for the damage .... even though it was their fault ... because the topper was considered "after market". If the topper had come completely off it could have impaled the driver behind us since we were bumper to bumper. So, if you use this car wash and have anything that you purchased "after market" added to your car, then kiss it goodbye if something happens. If you don't have to worry about "after market" items on your car, worry about the car in front of you because those rollers will cause anything coming off a car in front of you to be a projectile.
