I don't understand the mix reviews here. I literally use this service every time I come to town to visit just to get the dirt and extra residue and bugs off of my car from traveling. I buy the least expensive car wash which is nine dollars it's in the same parking lot is the Culver's. I haven't used the vacuum or other services here. I just pull up. Pick my wash from a touch menu and then tap my credit card. I'm usually greeted by one of the young employees. And then I pull forward and drive-through. I like that it's high-pressure high scrub. It seems to get off all of the bugs and other residue and dirt from the car. I don't see my car ever getting scratched or damaged. Is it like getting a hand wash or accustom detail? No. But if you're wanting to get a clean car more convenient than not than this is the place for you. read more

I went to this car wash in April and was told if I paid a $1, I would get unlimited washes all month. I tried to pay cash but they said the deal was only good with a credit card. Foolishly, I paid with a credit card. In May there was a $36.99 charge on my credit card that I did not authorize but have been told by their AI assistant that it was the monthly fee I signed up for. But I did not sign up for this. I am now in the process of contesting the charge and feel this was an intentional scam. If they won't credit me, I will contest through the bank card. read more

Yesterday my usual car wash down the street at crossroads of cotton & bell was closed with cones blocking all lanes. Cars lined up with attendant manager not communicating. I had the PLEASURE of going to DASH CARWASH. What an experience! My car came out looking cleaner than I've EVER seen from a carwash! The wax they use $23 wash looked like it was hand waxed! I usually have to clean the bug residue from my hood & bumper AFTER the other places car wash - but IT WASH GONE! Strong believer that things happen for a reason. Dash has a new customer !!! Came to this place with my fiance, had his van washed here. First of all we bought the members pass so he can get it wash whenever he wants. When you go threw the car wash those machinery things they have scratches on your vehicle they put marks on your vehicle. From my experience this place is a horrible place I wouldnt come back here and we cancel out member because we made a claim and they said it wasnt their machine that cause the scratches on the vehicle. This place has no good towels as well and I believe this place is losing customer because there car wash sucks, they got no good towels to wipe your car, and their customer service aren't good as well. I dont recommend anyone come here because if you do their be scratches on your vehicle as well, when you go threw with the drive threw at this place some of their machinery works and some doesn't and the car still looks dirty. The value of this place I dont recommend anyone but if you do, you will regret it cause it happen to my fiance and it also happen to other few others on this place review. Paid for a $9.00 car wash and was told that there would be a free 60 days at that price. I asked several times if I was signing up for a membership and was told no. Naturally I was charged $20 automatically. When I inquired about it I was told that they do not have to tell you that you are signing up or that you have to cancel 5 days before the anniversary unless you ask. WARNING!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT take your vehicle to this car wash. Today I brought my brand new Jeep Cherokee in for its first wash. I did an inspection of my vehicle before taking it through the wash and there was nothing wrong. Immediately after the wash i checked again and I noticed scratches and discoloring in the front of my Jeep. (The discoloring is the same color of the soap they used) I calmly went inside to speak to someone and they checked the cameras. There were multiple pictures that he showed me that showed nothing wrong with the front of my car. Then, the "lead" on duty also shows me a blurry picture where he claimed the scratches were already there. They weren't. If you zoom in on the photo there were two tiny dots along with several other dots that are clearly bugs or dirt. Either way, this is NOT what my vehicle looked like in the photo. This car wash damaged my car and took zero responsibility. Also, Gabriel was THE most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. I called back to ask for the general manager and he refused to give me the number. I asked for his manager on duty and he said "I can't." He also gave me a fake corporate number that just buzzes when you call it and when I called back he said "this is the number on my sheet." He spoke over me and demonstrated ZERO customer service skills, was aggressive and rude. He was more aggressive than I was and I am the one who had a brand new vehicle damaged and simply wanted a manager to speak to about it. Had our car washed at 10759 W. Olive, Peoria AZ and there was soap residue on the passenger's side of the car and the windows had soap scum all over them. We went back and they said they had checked the machines out and they were working fine. Did not offer to do anything about the problem even when they could see what we were talking about. read more

I needed to vacuum my Turo car before a customer picked the car up and Jay refused to turn on the vacuums because there was a small puddle in the parking lot and that's "against protocol." I have been going here since they opened which by the way, when they opened they were three dollars, OK fine they moved up to six dollars for the basic wash now they're moving up in price again I'm good I'll just wash my car at home the car wash still leaves my car with much to be cleaned and much to be dried. After visiting this business recently I accidentally signed up for a monthly membership. When the employee approached me he said it's only 9.99 per month for unlimited washes, I said I would try it. When I returned the next week employees said I was never fully signed up and so they signed me up a second time. A month later my bank account showed two charges for 9.99 and two for 26.99, so I called. They explained the 9.99 was for only 30 days. No manager on duty so I requested a call back from Sandy the manager. Not only did she not follow up I was charged 73.96 for three car washes over a six week period, wow! what a deal. Best experience I have had at a local Car Wash!!! The staff was informative and explained options I had and tried to get me to buy a pass. I let the young man know that it was my first time and if I liked it I would come back and get the pass. I went in after traveling to Flagstaff and my car had bugs and dirt all over, the young man explained that the wash I was going to choose my not get it all off, offered up a couple of other options. We have called and left several messages via phone and email, with no return phone calls or emails. He was not given any kind of sticker for a service, just fraudulently charged. Doesn't come with any extras you sometimes get before going into the wash like a cloth, air freshener etc. I wish I had a before and after photo of my vehicle because it looks the same only shiny. All the bug spots, splatters and watermarks were all still visible after the wash. Will never come back and won't suggest for anyone else I know to get their car washed here either. Excellent place to take your car. But not on a day you're taking your dog to the vet and you have an hour to kill while the tranquilizer takes effect. Otherwise your chihuahua will freak out, and once it's calm you have to of course hold it in 1 hand and vacuum with the other. And then you'll look like that douche that takes their dog everywhere. I pay, I drive up, roll my window down to collect the damp cloth & air freshener handed to me by an employee for the interior of my car- the employee instructs me to put the vehicle in 'neutral' to roll through the car wash... The belt shot me through the ENTIRE "wash" in less than 30 seconds, BEFORE I could even roll my window up! It did not wash my car. Instead, I got a fresh spray of vehicle soap, wax & Rain-X all over myself & the INTERIOR of my vehicle while the outside was briefly sprayed as we all jetted through... "We don't know what happened! We saw you get 'rocketed' through & don't know why it did that!" Yes, they offered me a second "wash". Was it great? No. I have leather seats & was already soaked, myself, as well as my vehicle interior with a decent amount of soap & such. Thanks for offering me a towel... but a full REFUND or offering to entirely detail the interior of my vehicle your establishment just forcefully flooded would have been more sufficient than the crap $15 "wash" I initially paid for! There are at least 5 other car wash facilities within a 5 mile radius of this one... I suggest going to ANY other one in lieu of this one! Not even the crappy quickie bays Chevron has can screw up as bad as this one... & they don't leave you AND your vehicle interior looking like a drowned rat. Went to wash my jeep the other day went through the payment part and was told in line I cannot go through the wash because of the light bar which was installed by the jeep dealership 6 months prior.The kid telling me this was a complete a-hole the jeep had been through a number of times after that installation with no issues . Went to the office to talk about it and the other kids only infuriated me more so canceled all three of my vehicles and demanded a refund just got an email from corporate denying my request as far as I'm concerned this was a breach of contract on their part. Let me start by saying we went to this car wash for the last several years and never had an issue. We've had the membership and loved the free vacuums, free air/air pressure check, free towels etc. We had our first issue on Sunday. Half way through the car wash our car stopped and felt like it was stuck on something. The attendant walked by and gave us a thumbs up when our car started going again but it still felt like it was dragging. When we got out of the car wash there was a loud noise of something dragging under our car. The attendant was very courteous and ran over to help. He said it was someone's skid plate and that sometimes people install aftermarket skid plates that come off in the wash. My husband and the attendant used the jack to lift the car and found it was our skid plate and it had rolled up in the car wash and been destroyed. We were told that the car wash couldn't do this and it was because the skid plate wasn't attached correctly. Our car is a 2019 model and nearly brand new. It has had only one oil change from the dealer so I took it back and let them know we were advised the skid plate wasn't attached correctly which caused it to catch in the car wash. The service director lifted the car for me and showed me exactly where the car wash snagged the underside of the car. He showed me that the skid plate was attached as the car wash broke off all the fasteners but the front two bolts which caused additional damage to the underside of the car that I wasn't even aware of. I called the car wash and requested to speak to the manager regarding damage that occurred in the car wash. When I got the manager (I couldn't hear him clearly but believe he said his name was Eddie or Egie?) he was resistant to even speak with me even though I let him know I was calling to provide feedback so that what happened to us didn't happen to others. I told him I had seen the no liability signs posted and understood but that we had been loyal customers for years and we're not happy about what took place. I wanted him to listen to my complaint. I simply wanted him to hear us out which I think is acceptable considering I now have over $300 damage to my car and I even had to pay for that car wash! He continuously interrupted me, was disrespectful and told me that the issue was mine. He didn't even have the courtesy to let me get out full sentences without interjecting his thoughts when he didn't even know the situation. My rating is low because my car was damaged of course, but more so the experience I had trying to be very reasonable and share my experience with a manager who should have the empowerment and authority to prevent awful experiences like ours for others. So to all- 1- there really could be something that goes wrong in the car wash to damage your car. It took years to happen to us, but it finally did (of course when I buy a brand new car). 2- they really will not cover damage. 3- this car wash manager won't even give you the courtesy to hear you out. We have a membership still on one of our cars which is being canceled and we will not do business here again. The staff(with exception of the lousy manager) is delightful which is really the only reason this rating is not a 1 star after dealing with that terrible manager and a busted car. This place is smooth and fast! I live the fact that their prices are super cheap and you can get right in and out fast! I always get the managers special when I come here.. Full wash with all the perks! My car told me, she loves this place! Haha well... Maybe I do too! You won't be displeased here for sure! read more
