I usually get my cushions on my couch replaced every few years. I've used All size foam and fabric because they were reasonably priced. Today's visit was disappointing. I arrived at 9am and was told to wait for 20 mins because the person that would measure my cushions was busy. 20 mins later I was ask to leave the cushions for measurement. A rep would call me with the costs to replace. I live an hour away and asked for consideration to have the measurements taken while I was here because it would force me to take another drive even if I didn't get the cushions replaced. Amazing place! Friendly staff. Came in needing new foam for my sectional couch, was directed by friendly lady at desk to bring in my couches to be measured exactly and then I'd be given a quote depending on my desires. Alfonso was the guy who helped measure my cushions and give me his recommendations since I've never ever done shopping for stuff like this. Once I got the measurements & quote I was allowed to feel the different firmness of foam. Everything was very easy, no pressure into getting extra for un necessary expenses. Drove all the way from Oxnard in Saturday traffic to get here by 1pm before they closed and barely made it but they took my order anyway. Alfonso was extremely helpful with foam choices and measured all of my existing foam and slip covers. Got all 5 of my sectional couch seat cushions replaced for 130 bucks WITH Dacron wrap and I got the top quality foam. Took them 25 mins and they did it while I waited. They also sell the back cushion stuffing already in the casing for $5 each. I didn't need it but now I know where to go if I do! Their upholstery fabric selection is huge. I knew they opened at 8 am but they were really nice to let me bring in my old materials. Besides being so nice they started exactly at 8 am on my replacements. It is difficult to get help and it helps to speaks Spanish as not everyone speaks English. The women taking your order are not all friendly but the guy cutting the foam is the best person. He only speaks Spanish. I walked in with some super firm cushions from a budget couch. The guy who cuts foam straight up told me the material from my couch was trash. He walked me through foam types. Even though I arrived just 10 minutes before closing time on a Saturday, they were nice enough to still cut my foam to specs in just a few minutes, glued it, then even tied it up + helped load it into my small car! They have samples of all their foam types right across from front desk that u can feel, poke + use to make your decision. I was able to get a price at the desk before placing the order too. I had no problems communicating in English at the front desk or over at the cutting area. Yes, Spanish is spoken here too. Absolutely NO customer service here, but if you have done your research on foam beforehand and know what you want, it is a great resource for getting your sofa cushions replaced - quick, reasonable prices, and good selection of foam. The wall of foam samples shows the density and ILD specs in each item's number. You should know your exact measurements or have your old cushion for the tech to measure (and use as a template during cutting), and after touching the samples, you need to specify which foam. That order sheet is what you take down the hall to the entrance to the workshop and give to one of the technicians. They are a friendly bunch but don't speak English well - your best chance at getting a question answered is talking to the teenager that wraps the dacron on the foam once it's cut. They don't list it on their website, but they do have high-resilience (HR) foam in 2.5lb density at 25, 35, and 45 ILD. This is what you want for cushions. I chose 35, and it feels pretty firm in my loveseat, I may have been okay with 25 for more squishy comfort. $53 for two loveseat cushions in the HR35250 foam with dacron included. read more

I love this place! Came here early Saturday morning with my sad, sad sofa sectional cushions, complete with springs lumping and bulging beneath the fabric like a sack of potatoes. Forty-five minutes later, I was excitedly stuffing my new cushions into the getaway car. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so helpful. They walked me through the process and answered all my questions. I did a little foam research on their website before coming in, and compared what I thought I wanted with the display of foam cubes on the wall. There are so many choices! I finally selected a foam and took the ticket to have the foam cut. The gentleman who cut the foam looked at my ticket and suggested other foams. He was really patient and provided huge blocks of foam I could sit on to try out. After settling on a less expensive (yay!), but comfortable foam, he immediately began cutting right there. Before I knew it, he was done, and beautiful, Dacron-wrapped cushions gleamed in the sunlight before me. I couldn't wait to get them home. BTW, they also have a gazillion beautiful fabrics, cording, stuffing, couch feet, smiles, suggestions, and other cool things to get your decor on. Be sure to get there early because this hidden gem is obviously THE place to be on Saturday mornings. Replacing the cushions was a breeze, and my couch looks and feels better than new! The total for my sectional was an unbelievable $111, and the service and quality could not be beat! It's so comfortable, I don't know why I didn't do this sooner. You get what you pay for, and then some, with the product. You only get what you pay for with the service. Maybe a little less. Went in based on the reviews here and was unsurprised by the remote East LA industrial location, and the indifference to service. Although the lady was nice enough at the front desk, she really had zero interest in helping in any other way then filling out the form. "How long? How wide?", she asked, "What sort of foam? They're behind you." I respond, "Can you advise me what might be best for outdoor?" "Whatever you think. They're all there." Anyway I pick a thick cut of TWO 6' x2.5' slabs for an outdoor patio... and was legitimately stunned by the price. $150, with dacron lining included. So that was great. Then I take the pink slip to the 'warehouse' as instructed so the foam can be cut as specified and the order filled. That's when it went from slack, to rude, to mind-boggling, to entertaining in the space of three minutes. I stand at the gate, look into the 'back area' and see two employees maybe fifteen yards away, sitting and eating. This is 1030am on a weekday. There are no other customers. One of the guys EYEBALLS me, directly. I smile, nod, wait. Nothing. I wait some more. He keeps eyeballing between mouthfuls. I nonchalantly wave my pink order slip around so he's clear on what I'm there for. He takes another bite of his burrito. Keeps eyeballing me. Says something inaudible to his co-worker... who turns, eyeballs me, and takes a swig of his coffee. Nothing. I wait maybe another minute. I respect a man's break, sure, but maybe he'll offer a "someone will be right with you", or "gimme two minutes", - instead of a "walk away gringo" attitude. So I hold my arms out. Call out. "You work here buddy?" Then he gets all pissed, and both of them start muttering shit under their breath. "Can't hear you guys, you're gonna have to get up." Nothing. Just more derision. Then a third guy appears, obviously frustrated by the yelling - asks what's up, I tell him I'm waiting, and he says he'll finish up the current order and be with me. I say "no worries" and thank him graciously, and very shortly thereafter he delivers. Nice, quick cuts, exactly as I ordered, seeemingly quality foam. I load them up and drive away as the two snackbuddies keep talking shit in Spanish, presumably upset that I hadn't been made to wait longer. If you need custom cut foam to replace squished foam pieces for your furniture, this is the place to go. Bring your old foam piece and they will cut one exactly. You can even buy a firmer better foam than the one that came with the furniture. When you walk in go to your left and wait at the gate. Someone will come by and ask you what you want. You will decide on the quality and firmness of the foam. He will then measure your piece and write down the specs. You will then take the specs to the cashier (when you walked in go right). She will calculate the cost and you pay. After you pay, take the paid receipt back to the gate area and give receipt to person who originally wrote down the specs. Depending on time of day there may be people in front of you waiting for their foam to be cut. I came in at 830am Saturday morning. From start to finish, I was there for about 45 minutes. Your furniture is good but the foam cushions are squished and you don't want to buy new. Replace the foam. read more

After the reviews, I was worried about how much info I would have to know before I went there, and knowing nothing I was more than pleasantly surprised by how helpful and truly kind everyone was there, especially Alex. She gave me great advice on what to get and what to do. Additionally, I brought my slipcovers in and the guys in the back measured them for me and cut the foam to fit perfectly. I knew I wanted dacron wrapped around the high density foam, and they told me it was called a "book" wrap. There was no wait, the work was done quickly, they wrapped my cushions in plastic for me and even helped me carry them to the car. Price-wise, you can't beat them in Los Angeles. I had 3 cushions done for a Pottery Barn oversized couch and a chair and a half of top of the line high density foam with dacron wrap for a total of $100. My couch feels brand new. Maybe I had a different expectation of customer service. This is essentially a warehouse in Vernon, people, it's not the Four Seasons. Could they be better? Sure. But for the price they got me for our 3 sagging couch backs, and the prompt service, maybe, I will tolerate their lack of etiquette just a bit. The 2 ladies behind the counter who write the orders, I didn't get their names, but the heavier set one was a lot more helpful. Obviously, I don't look like I know what I'm doing. Telling me that i have to pick from 10 different kinds of foams, especially after I asked, "What's typically used for couch backs?," is not going to help me. Thank goodness the other lady chimed in and narrowed it down to 2 options for me. They write the order, give you a white/pink slip that you bring to the gated part of the warehouse and as some has mentioned, you kinda stand there until someone makes eye contact with you. It took awhile after someone acknowledge that I was there, but once he did, he was very helpful. While I was there, there was a Thomasville van picking up couches. That made me feel pretty good knowing that a nationwide company is using them. All I was doing was trying to prolong the life of our old couch. I've called them to get a rough quote before I drive all the way there (they're about 30 miles away from where we live). Over the phone, with the measurement I gave them, they quoted me $21-25 each. When I went there, I brought my couch backs & the slips so they can be measured correctly. The total for our 3 couch backs that are about 3 feet wide each, with 4.5 inch foam and 2 layers of dacron was $50 ($55 with tax). We had looked everywhere for a place to get foam, and every place seem to us to charge too much. Then we stumbled upon the site for All size foam and Fabric. Unfortunately the site is not great at giving prices, but we figured why not give it a try. This place specializes in foam and upholstery fabric, and its located in a somewhat non-descript wharehouse in Vernon. Its not too hard to find. Once you step in the warehouse, there are loads of fabric samples to your left and further down to the right there are foam samples and cashiers. If you have any questions you can ask the cashiers, but basically, they have their foam laid out in a nice easy to follow grid that goes from cheapest to most expensive and soft to more supportive. You just tell them what size you want in what foam, they ring you up, and you take the info to one of the workers who goes out and cuts the piece for you. Everyone was super friendly. We needed an odd shape cut for our foam, and there was no hesitation to cut it, they just wanted the dimensions, which we had handy. The experience here was great. The prices where easily half the price of any other place, even online, and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. If you have cushions or a saggy sofa that need new foam, or are tackling a reupholstering job your self, do yourself a favor and pay these guys a visit. read more

Come early because they get busy. First come, first serve. They try their best to get you out the same day, if you have a small order you have a better chance getting it same day. I agree with the reviewers below stating that you really need to do your research to know what density foam is best for you. We found several staff to be very helpful when we were debating between 2.5 versus 1.8 density foam for our outdoor sofa cushions. They even let my husband sit on different cushions for comparison! It's not clean and organized like your local JoAnn's or Michael's but they have the real-deal when it comes to foam, none of that crafty foam, this is serious foam here! Also, they have basic print upholstery fabric and I was able to purchase welting cord for only $0.20 a yard!! Awesome!! Pricing was excellent for the density foam purchased. Will definitely return when I have other DIY projects involving foam in the future!
