My issue with them happened over a year ago , and the reason I'm finally writing this review is…read morebecause I'm still dealing with the aftermath of the worst service ever , I hired them to move my fountain 15 inches , to move it they lifted and placed a pill under the fountain for it to roll , with a single pole the fountain base cracked , they never leveled the fountain and to this day it's very clear how crooked it is , when the moved it I wanted a new pump and instead of running the electric under the fountain like it was , then ran the cable through the drain hole , I also purchase new lights and they ran that electric through the same hole , then then permanently sealed the hole leaving me no way to drain the fountain which put me in a position to buy a wet dry vac. When they filled the fountain it had major leak , they came a few times to try to fix the leak , but they blamed me and said it was cracked and leaked before they moved it which was not true , finally the solution was to paint the interior with approx paint which they charged me several hundred dollars . Now today the lights I purchased no longer work and I bought new lights , the problem is the old light cable is permanently glued in the drain hole they sealed , so now I have to cut both ends of the lights, Every time I have to clean the fountain I curse they work they do , the incompetence of the workers and the managers that put the blame on me . I know there are not many companies that do this work but I would stay away .

I am glad my vents are cleaner, but next time, I think I will try another company that does "true pricing."

They have left us with a bathroom that cannot be used. Rotted wood remains behind the shower enclosure they installed. The surrounding sub floor was not replaced, leaving rotted wood surrounding the shower as well. The very problem we needed rectified was not taken care of. Expert Mold Removal left us with a 4 x 8 hole behind the shower stall, a shower without the door installed, bathroom and shower fixtures that were separated from the wall, a ceiling light left hanging by its electrical wires, closet doors that were not reattached, and the worst of it all, rotted wood that remains behind the shower enclosure not to mention the hole and rotted sub floor surrounding the shower.
