2.5 stars. I was really excited to see All Star Cleaning run a deal on LivingSocial, because of Vanessa H.'s review, so I bought it for my windows. I have a lot of windows on my 3 story condo. It was interesting setting up the appointment though. I emailed Radim and I didn't get a response until a few days later. At first because I didn't get a response, I ended up emailing a second time. Radim gave me a few dates that were open in his schedule and we went back and forth negotiating a day for him to come out and clean the windows. I needed a Saturday and he obliged. For whatever reason, he came out in an unmarked truck stating that his company truck was in the shop and he showed me a flyer with his company logo and business license number on it. It checked out. He also didn't realize that my home was 3 stories, instead he had relied on Google maps to guess as to whether which unit was mine so he didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach the 3rd story bedroom windows. He should have asked me in advance about how many stories. Instead of the ladder, he took apart the windows from the inside to clean the screens and the outer glass, which was fine since he had access. However, he broke the balancer spring and clips on one of my windows, basically the window would no longer stay open. As a sign of good faith, he said that he did not want to take my LivingSocial voucher without first fixing the window. I gave him the number to the guy who works the construction site at my community because he said he'd ask around to see if they had the parts he needed to fix the window. He said he'd call me in a WEEK to reschedule a time for him to return to fix my window. It has now been over a month since I last heard from him. He did however clean the 10 windows, I asked to have cleaned. They are clean and spotless. I am, however, unhappy that he has not bothered to return my texts & message regarding my window that he broke. Which is fine, because I doubt I'll be calling him again. I can't believe I actually got a LIVING Social cleaning deal that was an actual deal! Now I wish I purchased more for All Star Cleaning. Radim the owner is the one that came to our place with an associate to clean our windows. We have only 6 windows and Living Social deal was for 10 exterior window cleaning. Radim was very accommodating and allowed us to redeem the 4 exterior windows for interior windows. That was very considerate. He also gave us an option to purchase 2 more interior windows at a small additional fee. We took him up on that offer. I had no idea my windows were that dirty until I saw what they looked like after Radim and his associate cleaned it for us. We are very pleased with their work. I used All Star Cleaning because I had a livingsocial coupon gifted to me for 10 exterior windows. I had additional windows and opted to also have the interiors cleaned. They came by on time and did a great job cleaning the inside and outside of the windows. My windows weren't cleaned probably ever so the dirt buildup was pretty bad around the screens and edges. They had to do a double cleaning in order to get most of it out. The windows all looked fine to me, but Radim still gave me an extra discount because he felt they weren't as spotless as he'd like them to be! He even noticed a plumbing issue for me. I had a living social coupon, and it's not easy to schedule with them. You send dates and times, and they call you the afternoon before one of your dates and then come. It doesn't give much time to move things away from the windows. They showed up late. Radim is much better than his assistant. His assistant is very rude and could care less about your property. He prides himself on insulting you. I asked them to clean the windows at the front entry way. I have a black mat at the front door. It's got rubber backing with carpet on the top. The assistant took my hose and, standing on my mat, decided to hose down the windows. He was standing on my mat in a pool of water and thought that was the proper way to treat people's property. Of course I had to get him off the mat and take the mat out to drip dry. It was soaking wet! A bit later in front of Radim, his reaction was "You call that a mat???" He kept yelling that it would dry, that it must get wet all the time, etc. His whole point was to insult me. I went around to find Radim, and he had taken my front hose to hook up to the front side yard. That hose hasn't been moved in years. The bottom coils had mud and debris, but he apparently didn't care. The sliding door I asked him to wash was inside my gate. He decided to hook the dirty hose outside my gate on the side of my driveway. He then dragged it past the spigot that was much, much closer (right next to the sliding side door) and maximized the mess he made in the front of my yard outside the gate. There was absolutely no need to maximize his mess especially to my front yard. When I asked him why he didn't use the close spigot, he told me he could see by looking at it that it didn't have enough water pressure. That's ridiculous. I replaced all of the spigots myself recently, and they're all identical. The water pressure in them is also identical. I don't know if he was being careless or just not paying attention, but I didn't appreciate the mess. I told Radim that I wanted them to leave. His assistant continued to hurl insults just for the fun of it. Radim refused to leave. I went to the table next to my side sliding door, got his supplies, and carried them out to him at his truck (and he backed his truck up my driveway into my side yard). I handed him his supplies and again asked him to leave. He wouldn't. I closed and locked my gate, and still he wouldn't leave. I carried my hose back to the front of the house where it belongs, and he still wouldn't leave. How do you get two men to leave when they've backed into your driveway and refuse to leave? I repeated over and over for them to leave, and eventually Radim complied. I was wondering if I was going to have to call the police to get them to leave and regretted not bringing my cell phone outside with me. I spent the next hour plus hosing down the mess they left in my front yard and cleaning the windows I had paid them to clean. After they left, I found that the assistant had broken one of the screens at the front of the house. Don't pay these guys to clean your windows. It will take you less time and you won't make the mess that they do by doing it yourself. Save yourself the aggravation. read more

I called All Star cleaning cause I had previously had my carpets cleaned by a generic carpet company and the next day saw stains. Radim came and cleaned carpets and pulled black water from the day prior. I used the eco green carpet cleaning and I asked how did you pull black water out when it was just washed and he said the machine they use cleans deep down in the carpet, the bottom fibers of the carpet.
