Brett capped the cost at a certain amount and when the cleaning was almost done, I was told that it was more work and would be an additional one hundred dollars. I always want to compensate fairly and while I do agree that it was more work than expected, I prefer to be made aware of this in the beginning, not at the end. I reluctantly agreed because it is an awkward situation but it left me feeling a bit uneasy. Will did a wonderful job, but just want to make others aware to confirm total cost upfront so you are not surprised. Update: Brett reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation. I'll say that Squeegee Pro's did clean my windows nicely, but they damaged all my screens as they…read moretook them off by bending the surroundings and made a hole in one and didn't even bother to tell me about it until I brought it up. What I would of liked was an explanation to me that the screens were going to be bent because of the way they are before they actually did the work. I wouldn't have agreed to the work if I had known the trims were going to come out the way they did. Also I let them know that my condo was on the 2nd floor. Why did they not bring any ladders? They were maneuvering and trying to get these screens in place all from the inside and long sticks outside. Lastly, no mention that I needed a water spout. Lucky for me I had one in my garage, but condo communities don't have that. They did offer to fix the issue within 2-3 weeks which I can be thankful for, but I didn't like the way the business was handled from the beginning and my condo was being sold.

The window washing itself was stellar, and I couldn't recommend it more...but it was what happened after that will make me a customer for life. There was no blame, no complaining, just Marc, showing up, taking accountability, and promising to make it right. Which he did.
