After his crew put in insulation and finished the drywall work, the room looked fantastic, much more efficient and modern. The project was done on a short, uninterrupted timeline, completed promptly, and the cleanup was excellent. He hauled away all the demolition debris and trash from the project. Bill also did a separate project for me that involved putting in a new wooden door for a room where the previous owners had been using an accordion door. It was another great improvement for my home.

Would not have been a big deal if he would have; A: Taken my calls or called me back (spineless man made secretary handle my repeated calls to correct) and B: Acknowledged his mistake and corrected by flipping the glass around in door frame. Our contractor also sent pictures to show him it was undeniably his mistake! Unbelievable that a business owner would treat a customer (who just spent over $500) and a contractor who uses him, in this manner. Needless to say he has lost more than just my business. I said let me call local furniture places and see their catalog and price match from Ashley's. I went to one which quoted me almost $2,000 just for the bed frame, then another place for this same exact bed frame almost $3,000 for the bed frame, dresser and the mirror. I called Maricella asked her for her pricing for the bed frame she gave me a jaw dropping price, so I then asked if I take the bed frame, dresser, and mirror she quoted me less then the other places. I understand as a business owner they need to make profit off sales nothing compared to Ashley's and the other places.
