Never got anything framed before so I was an absolute novice walking in. Didn't catch the name of the lady, but she was extremely helpful with deciding what would compliment the poster best. There are lots of displays and example frames inside, which helped me visualize what I wanted. The turnaround time was very quick. I went in on a Saturday and received a call on Tuesday that it was complete. Came in and the frame was wrapped in Saran Wrap to protect the frame, along with cardboard corner protectors. I really appreciated the added protection and showed that they cared about the product. There is a down payment of 50% when you place the order, and then you pay the rest when it is complete. Overall this place is great and really appreciated the great customer service. Will be returning for sure! read more

Honest, fast, quality work. Dropped off a shadow box in need of repair with Jose. Several items inside the display had become dislodged. Jose explained how he would access the box and what repairs would take place. The price for repair was reasonable and completed by the following day. This place has the best customer service I have ever had at a framing shop. I was in a super pinch and needed something done the same day. Granted they didn't have to help me and could have been like most big commercial places and said come back in ten days. I explained my situation and they chose to help me versus turning business away like the others did. This place has earned a customer and I will recommend anyone I know in the area to come here.
