She saved me from a HUGE OPPS. customer service 10/10 from allllll the employees I've come into contact with. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I walked away from an original order that was ok... not so sure how to order what I was wanting but this is alright. To omg this is better than I could've imagined. How I'm so excited to be able to hand my daughter such a beautiful jacket is just filling my heart with so much joy. There was a hiccup and it is delaying the jacket about 3 more weeks. However most of her patches were done and they sent pictures to just show me what they had gotten done and let's just say so worth the wait. I am for a fact going to be bragging about this company for years to come, in hopes to send more business there way. I'm just in awww even with the little bit more of a wait and even though I am not a very patient person.
