In the beginning of seeing the dentist as new clients her first teeth work (fillings) had a decent amount of them that would require her to be still and keep her mouth open for far too long so I opted to do it under anesthesia at the hospital and 10/10 recommend going that route. It was timely, insurance was used, the hospital was nice, I felt more comfortable being at a pediatric hospital that had good reviews in Hoffmann Estates, did not have to pay ridiculous contracted anesthesiologists costs. I have always been allowed in the room!!! My biggest reason we picked this dentist. They also specialize in children with disabilities so they're very patient, kind, and understanding if accommodations are needed. Never had an issue with billing. The waiting room is smaller but my daughter always looks forward to the giant light bright board and coins for the prize machines afterwards. 10/10 recommend!

This office is unlike other dentists because in some ways you actually enjoy going. They are all very nice and friendly, and do a good job explaining what they're doing. When it comes to procedures, they've always been peaceful and gentle. And if it's something more challenging or stressful, they are patient in helping you through it. I did made a boo-boo I think during the last appointment or second to the last appointment, they were asking for x-ray of her teeth and we just completed a cleaning with her general dentist. They called on the day of the appointment and I was returning from a biz trip that day. In my head, I had this book couple of weeks ago did I forget it or did they ask me about it and I just didn't return their call. When I got to the office, I apologized to whoever was at the front desk. I realize it wasn't her fault she is just following the process. Overall, our family's experience is great.
