No issues with the surgery or the doctors and staff. Wonderful! However, they make you pay a large sum of money up front. In my case around $2500 for one extraction. This is to cover what ever insurance "might not cover" then they tell you they will refund whatever insurance covered. This is a weird practice to start, but I kind of understand why they do this. The bad part is that I waited until I saw insurance paid then waited a few weeks. No refund. Called...they told me they would call me back....no call back. 2 days later my card was refunded. This was to the tune of $1500...make sure you call and bug them, and don't forget you have money owed back!
