We have a specialty window over our kitchen sink, a garden window that came with the house and is…read morevery old (1990's). Was quoted by a different company $4,500 to replace it and that price was unacceptable as it cost me $8,200 to replace all my other windows including a new sliding patio door recently. So I found this company who was able to replace parts of it and save me a lot of money. A tech was sent out to measure and provide an estimate (sorry cannot remember his name) he quoted for all 6 pieces as I asked but told me I only needed to change 2 if I was going to do any of it. The 2 main pieces had dust and dirt in between the panes so I could never get the window clean. After I decided to move forward I scheduled the install and Marlo showed up and was very professional and polite. He did the job very quickly and when he was removing the 2 old glass panes we discovered that they had completely failed as the outer pieces of glass separated from the inner spacer in effect leaving me with single pane glass. Marlo installed the new low e double pane glass and I now have a window that is in much better condition, clean, and way more efficient. Thanks Cut Rate & Marlo

I'm going to try the manufacturer, and I will definitely call Cliff back if I the manufacturer cannot help. I really appreciate businesses and people like Cliff who look out for our community!

This company provides both residential and commercial glass repair, installation, and replacement services. Their services include offerings like window and door replacements, frameless and semi frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, glass partitions, stair railings, closet sliders, and more! We had an appointment scheduled for an onsite visit early Monday morning. The team member arrived at 8:00 A.M. The process was seamless. VIP Glass took measures of all of the windows and provided estimates to us same day! VIP Glass also informed us that it would just take a few hours of installation and that the materials would be ready in several days upon signing the agreement! Based on my results, I would recommend avoiding this company, even if the alternatives cost more. I received a reply stating that they have been calling me to "make it right" but that I am hanging up. That's just not true! Secondly, they said the door was reinstalled in the "same shape" as when they removed it. 1. They adjusted the rollers to make it easier to remove. Okay 2. They reinstalled it and left. Not okay. 3. The door is very difficult to use now. How is that the same shape?
