I reached out via text, Sawyer promptly replied and setup a time to meet. We had a very specific request from the start, water mitigation. The previous retaining wall constructed from railroad ties had failed, and for years our yard had major drainage issues in the wet season. Sawyer took the time to explain the process, with focus on the french drain and how we could deal with the water. Sawyer gave a quote that was slightly lower than a competing companies quote which didn't include a french drain, so we agreed on a start date. Everything went very smooth, all the employees were professional and the work was performed on schedule and on budget. The end product exceeded expectations, and the owner even came by when it was complete to ensure we were satisfied. I will definitely use and recommend SAW Enterprises for future projects. Danielle provided a timely proposal and the price was very reasonable and competitive. After we agreed JDT were able to squeeze the project in around their schedule and I was happy with the work they and their team did. Danielle was a great communicator throughout and made sure at the end we had the same definition of "done" and that I was completely satisfied. He kept promising a refund but never gave it, all I got was lies and excuses. The fence itself was fine at first but the construction methods were shoddy and it started to fall apart within a year.
