I reached out via text, Sawyer promptly replied and setup a time to meet. We had a very specific request from the start, water mitigation. The previous retaining wall constructed from railroad ties had failed, and for years our yard had major drainage issues in the wet season. Sawyer took the time to explain the process, with focus on the french drain and how we could deal with the water. Sawyer gave a quote that was slightly lower than a competing companies quote which didn't include a french drain, so we agreed on a start date. Everything went very smooth, all the employees were professional and the work was performed on schedule and on budget. Frank had a busy schedule yet he was able to fit us in and worked 12 hour days this Summer to complete the whole job in a week. He did a great job communicating with my wife and I about the layout of our irrigation system. He also addressed our concerns about the rocky soil we were dealing with. He took extra time to listen to us and went out of his way to address our concerns. You can see the contrast from the photos how nice of a job Frank pulled off for us. Once the irrigation system was installed Frank took a great deal of time to explain how it worked and how to best set it up for the year. He also came by to winterize our system just recently! Another thing to consider is that many landscaping companies also provide irrigation as one of their services. However, you want to pay attention to the quality of their work and components. Frank, in contrast, specializes in irrigation and has a deep knowledge base behind what he does.
