I'm hard of hearing so I wasn't entirely sure I communicated well with them but they seemed to understand me so we went forward. Their two-person crew arrived spot on time and got right to work. Daniel, the owner, carefully reviewed the work we had asked for. I agreed, and they got right to work. I thought it would take them all day, but much to my pleasant surprise, they were done in half that time. And the work? Perfect. They did everything asked for with professionalism and well-deserved pride. The yard is now presentable (and it hasn't been for a while). We'll definitely be bringing them on for monthly maintenance so it doesn't go out of control again. Cost was very reasonable. The scope of the work we needed was never going to come cheap, and cheap wasn't our goal. We wanted the job done right and we were willing to pay a professional rate to get that level of quality. Angeles Landscape charges a very good rate and, for what you get, I doubt there are better options. I also appreciated that Daniel kept checking in to make sure we were happy, if we wanted anything corrected, or if we had any questions. We have never reached out to this business or provided them with our contact information, yet they have been contacting my partner daily to push services. It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. We keep blocking the phone numbers they use, but they just call right back from different lines to continue the daily harassment. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. In order to access our yard they had to park right in front of our neighbors garage, blocking them in, so they pulled out all of their equipment and then moved their truck down the hill and out of the way. They parked on the side of our driveway, not to block the garage. We are renovating, so our driveway gets blocked A LOT because other companies are not paying that close of attention. When they were done, they came to the door again and gave us extra seeds in case there were any weak spots, asked if I had any questions, then they were on their way.
