Not amazing but not terrible. Went for lunch. Good portions. Clean restaurant and fast friendly service. I ordered these cod fish and chips. It had too much breading in it for my liking. It came with 3 pieces. The fries were perfect. There were a lot of staff working at the lunch hour. Most of them were young. They were pretty loud when they went to the back and the whole restaurant could hear them. Not good work ethic. But our food was fine and prices are very decent. I have friends who bowl with a team and go here regularly. I am not a big bowler and I'm not gonna lie - my favorite thing was the seating that is on a slider that allows you to move near and far from the table. It's pretty much a standard bowling alley (sorry for anyone that this is like their all-time favorite place or something). They have nighttime bowling and turn on the disco lights, that's always fun. They have a cafe, an arcade, and seem to be attached to a casino (I did not get down that far). Good prices on drinks. The only real drawback was the very stinky bathrooms. They really need to turn up the air freshener in there. read more

We used to love coming here especially for Rock and Bowl night. We just walked in for it on our anniversary. "Reservations only, lanes full". It's 8:30. It started 30 ago... We called in advance 4 hours ago asking when it started. The young woman I spoke to could have easily said "can we or you should put your name down for a lane?" Or "we're booked out tonight" such a disappointment and a mess up on the staffs end. Really bummed. It's not often we get date night but to celebrate an anniversary? They need better communication. Clearly. Also... what ever happened to first come first serve? You shouldn't book out your alley. That pisses me off. The older man working bowling register needs to be fired. Very rude attitude and ripping people off by lying about what they paid for. Our session abruptly ended in middle of game when we requested per game pay. He then said he would need to charge double. Even the customers behind us had to tell him how it works. The employee was rude & argumentative with our group. We asked if we could park our motorcycle by the side of the handicap because of not wanting to take a full spot & we were told yes until an hour in to our bowling we were told we had to move. The employee then gets upset after my motorcycle made a loud sound from the cold start and argued with our group for 15 minutes after we had apologized. Then after we let our server know that there was multiple spiders coming down from the ceiling on Lane 39. At least 4 spiders. We ordered lemon pepper wings that tasted like pure salt. Brynn was an amazing waitress. She had the most cheery attitude which complimented our fun night out perfectly. The prices are very fair and the food quality is actually pretty impressive considering how affordable it is! This place has been here forever, maybe longer. We used to live in the area and were back visiting and wanted breakfast and since it seems to be the only game in town, here we are. People have complained about the service but ours was spot on. Drinks immediately after being seated, server showed up quickly after to take our order and the food took only minutes later to arrive. both of us had bacon and eggs, mine were scrambled and were absolutely perfect. Excellent place to go bowling but the food and customer service leave A LOT to be desired. Came here for Rock & Bowl on August 13th... music was fantastic and everyone was super excited to be there. Overall a super fun atmosphere. We ordered a pizza and fried pickles - both were absolutely disgusting. I had a few Pink Starburst cocktails and they were good! My husband cut his finger and asked one of the guys at the counter for a bandaid so he wouldn't be bleeding into the bowling ball... the guy asked if he'd like a tampon, too. Like, really? Went here on a Sunday and it's surprisingly not quite busy. Easy and so quick to check in at the counter. Rental shoes were quite old, but still do the work. The staff makes sure that they clean and sanitize everything after your game, which is great. Overall, I recommend going here. read more

Despite how chaotic and short staffed they were, they did amazing. They really showed up and were accommodating and welcoming. The staff members who helped out with all my questions and concerns were so sweet. My littlest was having their bday and is on the autism spectrum so sometimes things can be overwhelming but man these folks put us near the closest wall, had it all set up, and were just so patient. im 11 but their service is awsome but the best part is they oil the lanes every 2 times a day but hi joy bowl only oil the lanes for league. the food at all star is fresh and tasty my dad orders pizza and it comes with ham sausage and peperoni witch is great. But one problem the lanes has a bug where you throw the ball down the lane and sometimes it wont reset even if you press the button on the ball return or the screen it wont reset and when i pressed intercom on the screen they did not pick up 3 times read more

I'm not one to give bad reviews but this place is so bad, I had to share. I'm actually sitting here right now after renting 3 lanes for my daughter's birthday party. She's 10 today and we have 13 hungry kids. Folks, don't rent lanes for birthday parties here unless you want the kids to be very hungry. They brought out two medium pizzas for these kids and didn't even refill the soda pitchers a single time. Totally ridiculous. This party is going to cost around $300. The kids are still hungry, the service is TERRIBLE and they have myriad excuses for why they can't hold up their end of the bargain. Comments like, "oh we only have one server for the whole place today" "sorry". GTFOH with that. What if when it was time to pay, I was like, oh yeah, sorry, I only brought a 20 dollar bill. I can't stand how bad service has gotten. Let this be a warning to you. Don't get ripped off by this nasty place. If you must bowl, just rent a couple lanes and get some dominoes. First off - I never go bowling. I have only been a handful of times in my life, but I felt like All Star Lanes had a clean facility and good vibe. We got a lane at 7pm on a Friday. We had reservations for a bowling tournament between a few groups of people. They have a full bar and offered two different types of cider. The cider choices were two flavors other than apple, so I liked that. My friend had the mozzarella sticks, and she said they were great. On a weird note - they did deliver french fries that were not her order. It took a little bit of time to notify the server, but I am sure they made it where they were going... eventually.... The bowling ally was busy (it was Friday after-all) but it seemed like our drinks were well stocked and we were not left without for very long, if ever. Our server was super nice and brought us water along with our drinks. We had a slight issue with the bill at the end, but she resolved it right away and had the refund slip ready to show she had done what she said. The shoes were newer than the others I have used before, and they didn't hurt my feet. The equipment seemed in good repair and there were plenty of bowling balls to choose from. There was no music? Which was kind of weird.... but again, I had a great time. I will be back, as I now have a-little-love of bowling that I did not know existed! read more

I've been going to All Star Lanes restaurant for breakfast for about 30 years and have always gotten the same thing eggs over easy hash browns toast etc.. I went there today and it was probably the worst breakfast I've had in a long time. Apparently they got a new coffee maker which made the coffee taste burnt I couldn't even drink it I ordered sourdough toast which I'm not sure was even toasted and dripping in butter. I couldn't even eat the toast it was so sad. It also took about 25 minutes after I ordered to get my food. And for the last month or so when you go to pay you have to tell them if you're using a card how much of a tip you want to put on there cuz they're machines been broken for a while now. When she asked me how much of a tip I wanted to put on there I explained to her how bad the breakfast was and I ended up not leaving a tip which sad to say I now feel bad about because it wasn't the waitress's fault it was actually the management or ownership because it seems like All Stars is starting to going downhill when it comes to their quality. Granted this was one of the first times I've ever had difficulty so I will be trying it again I did tell the waitress though that if this was my first time here I would never come back. She was very apologetic and did say they were having complaints concerning the new coffee machine I sure hope they get rid of that thing. Breakfast disappointing after change in ownership. We noticed a big difference when the new owners took over. They now serve weak coffee in tiny little cups that were meant for tea. Just sat in the cafe for 45 minutes waiting for my Nachos and when they came out, they were ice cold and cheese was hard. We returned them and they brought the same nachos out that were barely warm with some added shredded cheese on top that wouldn't even melt. Umm no! This was my first time going there and I was told the food was good. Granted it's the bowling alley and my expectations weren't very high, except I've had some great food at bowling alleys. So, we sent them back, paid for our drinks and left. I don't know what I'm more upset about. The fact I waited 45 mins for my food or that the nachos were cold. Maybe both. There were about 5 workers not doing much and the poor girl serving us didn't know what to do. None of the employees seemed to care that they served us cold food. Went for an early lunch and ordered the club sandwich. When it arrived it looked like it had been prepared with the least amount of care possible. The meats were hanging off the sides, bacon was undercooked and the fries tasted like the cooking oil that hadn't been filtered or changed in some time. It's a bowling alley, in the classic sense. There's no new-fangled fanciness. It's not ultra ghetto. It's just a straight up 80's style bowling alley with a classic restaurant, a dark lounge, and a casino up top. The guy running the front counter was ultra nice and very helpful. He's warranting the majority of these 4 stars. Otherwise the shoes, balls, computers, lanes, and everything else were totally adequate. The lounge offers a decent selection of beers (Mac n Jack on tap) and is one of those dark, seedy-looking bowling alley lounges. At 3pm on a Monday, there were more people drinking in the lounge than there were bowling, so I'm guessing that there be some regulars up in this joint. The restaurant serves up egregiously overpriced fried appetizers with a the friendliness of a mama bear recently separated from her cubs. But that's neither here nor there. You're not coming to the All Star Lanes for a culinary adventure. You're here to bowl. Because hey... that's how you roll. read more

Yay! I'm a fan! So I had to go to Silverdale for work for a week and I didn't land upon this gem until the last night I was there! I'm from Hawaii so I don't get to play blackjack unless I'm in Vegas. I was surprised that there was a casino in Silverdale! No slot machines but all the card games like Blackjack, pai gow, three card poker. I was in blackjack heaven! They had the doubledeck blackjack with a minimum $5 bet, perfect! So the bowling alley and eatery is downstairs, you catch the elevator to the 2nd floor for the casino. The dealers here were all so friendly! If you go to the change cashier, you can get $15 in free play with every visit by just giving your name. You get three $5 coupons that you can use as "match play" for black jack or whatever card game. Too bad I didn't win but this is on my must do list the next time I'm in Silverdale! We just went last night and had so much fun. I took 5 kids ages 4-9 and the staff was great. The girl at the shoe counter was super patient and helpful getting all the kids sizing right. We ordered food at the bar window that they delivered to the lane. Chicken strips and fries no complaints, big portions. The female bartender sent a sharply for the kids drinks which was very thoughtful. The younger girl who helped us with our shoes ended up bringing "the two lightest balls in the house" over to the lane for us. They had the bumpers set up for the kids but went down for me and we had a ball roller assistant for the 4 year old which was great! They put us at lane 33 which ended up being booth style seating that was comfortable for family seating. I think if I remember other lanes had barstool-like seating. Again, awesome they put us there with me not knowing the difference. The kids all had a blast and it was refreshing to have staff be so accommodating to kids. You really don't find that everywhere.
