Terrible purchase. 103 hours on tractor bx23 model and a headache after headache. Minor to large problems one after another-Paid $9000 extra in repairs do to weak pto that is all connected to transmission and hydraulic system. After this seals are still leaking with 10 hours after those repairs. Christina and Omar in service have been only help. I will be make a switch to John deere products instead. I've done business with Dorning for many years, and have purchased two Kubota tractors from them for our ranch. The sales and service people have been friendly, helpful, and capable. You see the same guys working at Dorning over the years, so they must be treated right, and in turn, they take care of their customers. Dorning is kind of an old-fashioned business, and everyone there knows their stuff, doesn't pressure you, and suggest good options in equipment and service. They have a lot of parts on the floor, and are reliable about ordering, too. Service calls have been easy to arrange and although the cost always kind of pinches, I can't complain- our equipment has been very reliable with minimal downtime and any performance concerns have been ironed out quickly.
