Are you serious??? The young lady who was helping me asked the caveman in the back what was a fair price and this dude comes back with the aforementioned price. The apologetic look on the young ladies face told it all. Don't waste your time even driving over to this establishment.

I was at the store this morning at 11:30am to pick it up. It was not the priciest watch they had in store but she treated me like I was buying a $100k watch. I am someone who is well above the average when it comes to the knowledge of Rolex, the history of Rolex and the movements of Rolex when I walked in, I was greeted by some heavyset man with thick glasses, and he came on very strong and somewhat passive aggressive. He told me there was no possible way that I could ever be allocated to watch since I do not live locally I know this to not be true because of my history with Rolex in different cities due to being a pilot, he began to show me some other watches, and he seemed very pushy about me purchasing a Breitling, and I was just turned off by his overall energy and demeanor. It wasn't that he was outright rude, but he just came off very strong and pushy. Definitely not somebody that I want to do business with which is why I didn't even buy a watch while I was there. I ended up speaking to the manager and telling her about my experience before I knew she was actually the manager, and she was extremely nice and accommodating and wanted to make it right. But to be told just because I live out of town, there's no way that I could be placed on a list of potentially be allocated to watch, even though I have a buying history was the first time in my life that I've ever heard that and I've been into a dozen Rolex stores throughout my lifetime. Other than that experience, the store looked very pretty and very nice and the other staff seem to be very friendly.

He really knows his stuff and he's very thorough and enthusiastic. I can tell he truly enjoys his job and cares about the customers.
