I had a complete shoulder replacement. I got a appointment right away. I was met with warm happy smiles from the front desk to all the staff in the back. And still am. They are very professional and they care and make you feel like you're important. I use to see RANCHO PHYSICAL THERAPY IN FALLBROOK. That place was a joke. The place is extremely small and there were no actual physical therapist. I only saw him once during my evaluation. So the Tecs didn't seem to be professional. P.M.P.T. My primary care doctor referred me to PMPT after determining that I have some serious issues that need attention. He said PMPT was the best in the area. After my first visit and a TENS treatment my sciatica nerve pain was relieved (wow!). However, the pain shifted and after two weeks of treatment I saw little change. I was discouraged that I would just have to live forever with my aches and pains. Week 3 with further assessment and recommendations from Doctor Rey, I'm starting to feel relief. He told me that I have probably had my issues for years (yep), and it will take time and diligence on my part. That makes sense. PT at the office includes TENS, heat, ultrasound, workouts/stretches, and finish with ice. It's up to you to do at home workouts based on their recommendations. For the hour that I am there for each treatment I get a lot of personal and focused attention from all of the staff. I'm very pleased with PMPT so far. With that said, I still have a long way to go. read more

I weas referred by my primary doctor over 2 weeks ago to this facility. I went in for my initial appointment and was impressed with everything. After I was done, I was told that they needed to get approval from my insurance to begin regular PT sessions and that they would contact me when I was approved. I never heard back from them, so I called the contact number - twice. Their answering service did not seem to know what the problem was and assured me that I would be contacted.....again, nothing. Are they a little disorganized?So, I got a referral from my primary to another PT company. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Rey and his associates that work directly with the patients. My issue is the front desk employees who handle insurance/copay and paperwork that are not doing their job! This is how they handled my copay: Front desk: Do you know if you have copay? Me: I don't know Front desk: You have copay I paid my copay that day and verified with my insurance (TRICARE) to confirm. I ended up contacting my insurance 3 times in total! Three different days, spoke to 3 different people who all said the same thing: I don't have copay! I also received 2 letters that's states I absolutely DO NOT have copay for being active-duty Tricare prime family and yet they continued to argue with me that all their active-duty families have had to pay copay. They are not easy to talk to either as they come off rude when I kept telling them I've gotten a hold of my insurance 3 times and was told I don't have copay. They argue that their manager also spoke with Tricare and that prime families as of since last year (2020-2021) have had to pay copay for physical therapy. My insurance sent a letter issuing to refund me which unfortunately would not arrive until 7-14 days and I told them this and also kept telling them I've been told to let them know they can check the website to verify my benefits and they wouldn't listen and kept insisting they know what they know. The older lady is apologetic, the younger one is rude and wouldn't let me talk. I paused my sessions until they can verify. Checked online and it looks like my insurance has been paying them and yet I have not received a call to schedule further sessions or refund. They also don't have many options regarding appointments. They ask if you have work or what's your schedule before they schedule you and because I'm a stay-at-home mom and have no work, they schedule me for early mornings and when I ask for later times, they never have any other avail abilities. If you're Active Duty Tricare Prime, here is the 2021 Cost Sheet also showing Tricare Prime Active Duty - no copay for all covered services - this includes physical therapy outpatient service. Please see attached for further proof. Despite all this - the front desk argues they are right and I have copay. Pathetic. What they're doing is FRAUD. Do your job! This is within a span of several weeks. Needless to say, I will be changing providers. As you can see why I think the front desk is not doing their job at all. I just called my dental today and they told me they would call me back once they verify with the other office and they got back to me within the same day. Dental also told me ahead of my appointment what my copay was for a particular service. THAT'S them doing their job! read more

Great therapy with joyous therapist!

This place Just lost a new patient! I have a Tricare PPO plan, which allows me to see pretty much anyone! My husband is a US Marine Officer, and we pay extra so I can see specialists without authorizations or referrals. I called two days before to schedule my appointment and gave them my info and insurance info. And when I told them my condition, The man that answered the phone laughed at me and said "oh that's cool". I replied: "no actually it's not cool". That should've been a red flag right there. Who says: "That's cool", and laughs when you just finish telling them about a very serious health condition?! So I went to my appointment, none of all the info that I gave was entered in the system! AND now the receptionist said they can't treat me without a referral! And they aren't allowed to contact my Dr. Why didn't they ask me for that when i made my appointment ?! I've worked in so many Dr's offices in my career, never have I heard of this or seen anyone treat a patient like this. I cleared out my entire afternoon for this for nothing. So unprofessional and unorganized! If you want to be treated like you don't matter this is the place for you. Started with Perpetual motion Physical Therapy about 3 weeks now and I have to say they are serious there had back surgery a while ago been having a lot of trouble walking went to a mother PT and they just didn't cut it and said I was at my plateau and so went a couple more months trying to get better by myself and wasn't really working so went to my Dr and he sent me here best move of all in the 3 weeks I have been here I have progressed a LOT and am on my way to recovery so I am so happy the people from the front desk when ya walk in always up and positive wit a get it done attitude didn't progress as much in the months I was at the other place as much as three weeks here so of course I totally recommend "Perpetual MotionPhysical Therapy" 110% read more

Due to my health issues & having shoulder surgery end of 2019, I read the reviews of many PT facilities. Perpetual Motion only had 2 "negative" reviews & they were petty. One being over hrs. of operation, & the other over the way she was treated at initial reception.. In my opinion, these individuals missed out on a good experience of therapy by some good folks. They knew when to push me & when not to, which led to a good outcome. When my Insurance reset at the end of the year, I chose to continue treatments out of pocket (deductible reset). I have been to other PT in the past over ACLs in both knees in past, but I am now recommending PMPT to my 78 yr. old friend who is about to have her knees replaced. Dr. Rey and all his staff are excellent. He takes the time to explain anything and everything if you want the nitty-gritty details i've exactly what's happening with your body and treatment plan. All staff members are positive, upbeat, and customer service oriented. You really feel like they know you and your issues! Outstanding care! I had a crushed ankle, pins, screws and all. Dr. Rey took me from a walking cast and crutches to jogging, biking, skateboarding and more in just a few weeks. It is easy to get an appointment, you only see Dr. Rey and the care is personal. He did a good job of pushing me, but not too far. The office is new, clean and well set up. The staff is super nice and friendly. This is THE place for physical therapy! Started going here for my shoulder,neck and arm pain due to repetitive use from work. Dr. Dao hands down is the BEST!! He knows exactly which areas are bothering me without telling him. He does a lot of hands on, assesses the areas of complaints and is very personable. After 3 sessions with him, I feel better. He's very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Being a nurse myself, I've worked with plenty of providers...I can honestly say Dr. Dao is amazing and I will be extending my therapy because of him. As a 20-year Retired Marine, I have suffered many injuries and have been through A LOT of physical therapy. My experience with Perpetual Motion was absolutely outstanding! I had a chronic hamstring injury that I sustained at mile 14 of a marathon and still finished (because I'm stubborn and Marines don't quit) more than three and a half months ago. Even with rest and stretching, it just kept getting worse and worse. My doctor sent me to Perpetual Motion PT. My initial impression was that it was very refreshing to have a treating therapist actually talk WITH you, not AT you. Dr. Rey Mojares is an extremely caring individual. He actually explained how everything works through the back of the leg, why the pain, and why mine wasn't healing. It was very educational and not presented in any kind of condescending way. We sat and laid out a plan, explaining every step and followed it, with necessary adjustments along the way, to adapt to improving conditions. After 2 weeks, I am now a green light to return to my running regimen as I hit 4 miles on treadmill in the office at a 7:00-7:10 min per mile average pace WITH NO PAIN. The pain that was constant in my leg is now gone and down to just your typical "I haven't been running for the last 3 weeks"! His staff is unbelievably courteous, competent, and most importantly, caring. Chris is just a great person and will be a fantastic therapist in his own right once he finishes his schooling. The two Brads are caring assistants. Finally, the receptionists are two of the sweetest individuals I have met, period, let alone in a medical facility! Observing not just their care of me, but their interactions with all of the other patients, these are true, personable professionals who care about their patients and obviously love what they do! Dr. Rey listens to you, and works with you to reach your goals. I've been to 3 different physical therapist in the area and Dr. Mojares was the first person to figure out the root of my problems, change the pattern of injury and help to give me my life back. I love how he is a hands on physical therapist and he works individually with each of his patients. I was taught strengthening techniques and stretches that I am able to do at home to continue my improvement on my own. Wow!!! This is the best physical therapy facility place in Temecula. I have been a patient with Dr. Rey off and on over the past 6 years and he has gotten me through rotator cuff surgery rehab, plantar fasciitis surgery rehab, and presently lower abdominal stain/tear. Without his expertise and amazing staff, my quality of life might of been different. Dr. Rey's staff is over the top with constant attention! Most of the time, I do not even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room (amazing that you do not have to wait and is on-time) before going in for my appointment. Dr. Rey and his staff were great. One of my friends referred me to PMPT and I'm glad they did. I had a tip/fib break with over a dozen screws, a plate and a rod. Dr. Rey took me from crutches to cane to walking to dancing. Today, now eight months from my accident, I have made a full recovery and can do anything I did before the accident. Well I have to admit I was skeptical about the shockwave therapy but I have a very bad case of chronic Achilles tendonitis so I just had my 4th treatment and I waited to comment until I started seeing results. This is the best pt office I've ever been to! With several knee surgeries, sprained joints, and a broken ankle, I've seen my fair share of physical therapists. Dr. Rey and his staff are amazing! He takes such good care of me, is very knowledgable, and gives you one-on-one care that is just the best! He explains why he's having you do what you're doing and makes sure that you're you're working just hard enough to make a difference, but not make your injury worse. I met Dr. Mojares when he worked for another medical practice in Temecula. I was there for a shoulder injury. He really put me back together and loved his easy-going style as well as very knowledgeable background. Once he took the giant step forward and opened up his own practice, I was never so happy to see him do so. I have followed him there for another rehab procedure. I have just completed breast cancer treatment and I need the "watchful" eye and very knowledgeable PT Doc to help me regain my strength, healthy heart, flexibility and overall good physical health. Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy shows their times as 7AM to 7PM, however, when I tried to schedule for a time after 4:45PM they said their hours are only until 4:30PM. I noted to them that their hours on Yelp show to 7PM and they re-stated they are only open til 4:30PM. Their website notes: "Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy has changed our hours.
