I was a past patient at this facility in Hemet for physical therapy after TWO knee replacements, in 2017 and 2021, both cash pay with excellent Physical Therapists and front office staff. Wow, things have really changed here. I called July 29, Aug. 7, Aug. 8, Aug. 15 with questions to see a therapist again, cash pay. Office staff at this specific office instructed me twice to leave a voicemail for the office manager (?). I never received a response. I went to the office today in person and explained my situation, including how I never heard back from Ms. Sprinkles. The receptionist told me she does not come into the office. I stated that I didn't mind that, but I never received a call back to answer my questions, etc. She repeated herself and stated, "I SAID......! Do you want me to make you an appt.?" I said I was confused about the lack of a call back and what it had to do with her not physically being in the office. She repeated herself again, getting a little more annoyed at having to do that. I asked what Ms. Sprinkles not being there in person had to do with responding to my voicemail, for the third time and whether she no longer worked for the company. She said she doesn't ever respond to voicemails because she is not physically there. I asked why I was instructed to leave those messages then. She stated, "Do you WANT to make an appt.?" Didn't ask if she could answer questions about the office or therapists. Nothing. Just said, "I am just the receptionist." So, her only job is to sit at the front desk, answer the phone and make appts.? Wow, that is some customer service! I said it seemed like the office didn't want my business. No response. So, I'm going elsewhere and would be remiss if I didn't share this fall from grace. So sad.

We (the hubs and I) started coming here after a major car accident. Neither of us had ever been to…read morea chiropractor before and we were really nervous. After meeting Dr. Pearson we were both a little more that ease. When you are in a lot of pain allowing someone to start popping your parts can be very scary. Especially for me because I have had two previous neck surgeries. We were escorted into the back of the office and asked to lay down on the roller massage tables. Next you go into a room with grey massage tables. Dr. Pearson is either going to fix you by popping/adjusting you or connect you to a tens unit that is basically a small machine with pads on it that stimulates and calms spasms and then brings on the popping/ adjustments. It doesn't always feel amazing while the adjustments are being made but I do feel better after. I just wish my bones would stay "in place". Side note: The Dr is truly a nice person with great customer service. His memory for his customers names amazes me. The place is always clean including the bathroom. My cousin referred me here and I had a back surgery Feb 5th 2024. My back feels fine with little…read morestiffness here and there. My main focus was me tweaking my neck somehow and my right pinky finger went numb. I went to see the Dr and he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during our session. he worked on my neck after doing an X-ray and seeing a bone spur that could be the culprit to why I'm feeling the way I felt. The session was amazing ! I instantly felt relief in my neck and my finger I numbness has subsided a bit. I need a few more sessions and I'm happy to say I found a trusted Chiropractor I WILL be seeing again. Highly recommend this place for any adjustments!
