She is experienced and very knowledgeable, with a gift for knowing when to push for maximum benefit. Wayne has done a great job with my wrist and hand; my surgeon was impressed. The assistants are very nice and easy to work with, and reception is always warm and friendly. If you do the work at therapy and at home, this staff will get you to the finish line. If you have questions about anything, including billing, don't be afraid to ask. I know it can be awkward sometimes, but the team at Rancho will listen and do what they can. Remember, they are fighting your insurance company too, and many insurance companies are not patient-friendly.
