Office is poorly maintained. Carpet is dirty. PT assistants do not stay with patients for initial warm up and stretching before seeing the licensed therapist. Set up poorly. Crowded. No privacy, everyone is stacked on top of each other. Assistants really need to stay with patient so exercises are done correctly and there are no injuries. Assistants are sitting in a huddle of six laughing and joking about Walmart and all six of them are ignoring their patients. Extremely disappointed. Also in serious need of a cleaning and a paint job. No excuse for a business looking like this. The entire facility is in need of a serious deep cleaning and a paint job. Very good PT, the office girls are not very friendly. The main physical therapists are also not that friendly but Julio and Rigo are awesome, as is Rayna and Jalynn. I didn't come to make friends so the not being very friendly is ok but I was really able to improve my mobility after my therapy. It is a clean facility, large with plenty of equipment. If you're looking for super nice people aside from the four I mentioned I'd look elsewhere, but other than that all in all I was helped. read more

I had an appointment at 6:00 pm which was switched to 5:20 pm because the office plan a Christmas party . I get to the appointment at 5:00 pm to be told that my paperwork had to be submitted in order to be seen. I explained the person at from desk there app was having problems and my info was was not submitted. She proceeded to say well unfortunately I can't help you with that right now because it is now 5:02 pm wow disgusting. Hope they enjoy their Christmas party knowing what kind of service they provide. The front office personnel is friendly and helpful. The therapists are doing their are job, but they are not taking the extra step. The assistants don't care if the patient is doing the exercise correctly - all the assistants sit in a hub and socialize. You have to wave and call out for them once you are done with the exercise, they don't pay attention to you. There were several occasions when I didn't get to see a therapist only an assistant. My insurance pays for my treatment and I am entitled to see a therapist each time I have a physical therapy scheduled. All the therapists and assistants walk by without looking at the patients, without saying hello - it is very impersonal. The facility is organized and clean, but way too small for all the patients they have there at a time. The place gets cramped, overcrowded. read more

I went to this place few times I had no complaints EVERYONE was so friendly but I just went there last week on Thursday and the aid that was telling me what to do would just leave me alone and I had to go find him most the time or I'd sit until he came to me. he almost had me fall by telling me if I move my head side to side while I balance itll make it harder bc I said it was easy since he would just leave me alone to time myself so I did not close my eyes while balancing and while he was still there and told me about moving my head I did it not thinking and almost fell and I told him I have ms my balance isn't good and he said that's what happens when people try showing off . he was UNPROFESSIONAL!! His name is Jesus and I told my physical therapist about him. But I decided to not go back there again because of that. read more

I have been coming to this place for almost a year off/on since my MVA and I gotta say a big thank you to Edward, Christina, and Karena in the OT dep they have been helping me improve the mobility in my wrist. Be very careful who they schedule you with! I scheduled with a PT and, three times now, I've been seen by an assistant. Two if them had me doing the same exercises, but both told me how to do them differently. I walked out when they changed my appointment today from a PT to an assistant. They didn't bother calling me to inform me that they rescheduled me with someone else. I found out upon arrival. The experience and schooling from a DPT (Doctorate Physical Therapist) and an assistant still in school is huge. They did this to me last year, the assistant messed up my knee and I missed two weeks of PT. I won't let that happen again. Stand your ground! read more

They were great to me and my daughter too. You book an appointment on the way out and amazed me what was able to do with the help and coaching. Was amazed that a real Dr. interviewed us, most places have been to do not have a full fledged dr on staff. I feel like finally may be able to move forward, thank you. I just completed my therapy with allstar hemet. I highly recommend them. The therapy team (and they really work as a team) are kind, patient and know their stuff. The facility was very clean and has a supportive up beat vibe. I want to thank the whole team especially emily and jordan. They both helped me when i was frustrated and in my head. I just finished six PT sessions at the Hemet location and was very happy with my experience. Hillary Gow-Sujo, PT, DPT and Candice Conroy, PTA clearly and patiently taught me exercises to help lower back pain, while taking extra time to answer all my questions. Hillary, Candice and staff were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgable and confident delivering instructions and answers. I've been to several different physical therapy companies through the years and would recommend All Star as I'm impressed with their facility and therapists. I think they do a great job overall! The front staff is friendly and efficient, the aides are helpful, the facility is clean with top equipment, and the therapists are knowledgeable and caring. That being said, there are a few areas to improve on, continuity of care, consistency, and professionalism. Sometimes even when appointments are scheduled with a certain therapist, staff switch among themselves to adjust schedules. I don't like arriving and finding out I'm being seen by a different therapist. (It's happened 3X even though the front tells me it shouldn't.) I also don't like when the therapist is double or triple booked, and I feel like I don't get full attention because the time is rushed or not concentrated. I can get anywhere from 10 - 30 minutes of time, which makes a big difference. Finally this facility has an adjoining personal fitness/jym center that many of the staff use during their lunch hour. Since it's fully visible to the rest of the facility, some may view this as unprofessional. Perhaps a door or some type of barrier should block, so that clients don't see therapists and aides dressed in shorts and exercising. I've heard some of the other clients talking about this. It doesn't necessarily bother me, but I was surprised, and sometimes the staff is quite loud and energetic while exercising. read more

I recently had a total knee replacement and knew that I was going to need physical therapy for my recovery. I was very concerned because I previously required physical therapy for an injury and did not have a good experience whatsoever at another therapy place. My doctor's office recommended All Star Physical Therapy and said they have heard good things about them. Well I'm really glad they did. My first visit, the ladies in the reception area were very professional and welcoming. After I filled out my paperwork and I was called to the back, the person that I was going to be working with, introduced herself and led me over to the sink to wash my hands. With Covid going on, extra precautions are taken to keep everyone safe. They then did my evaluation to get all the information needed for my recovery and gave me some light exercise for my first visit. I've been going to them for about 4 weeks now. Everyone that I work with makes sure they know where I am in my recovery and when my surgery date was, so they can gauge how far along I am and how far along I should be. I feel really good when I leave there, physically and mentally. They are very positive and professional and I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if needed. read more

For over two years I suffered with excrutiating knee pain. Even after being told by three doctors that the only solution was a total knee replacement IO was unable to have the needed surgery due to Covid restrictions on elective surgeries. Finally, when I could no longer walk, and restrictions were lifted, I received the much needed and delayed surgery. The doctor told me I would need extensive physical therepy to insure that the new knee would function as intended. I was sent to All Star Physical Therepy in Hemet. The Doctor and my therepist, Dakota, immediately started sessions to improve my Range of Motion. There was pain, but NOTHING compared to the pain I had lived with for almost three years. I was looking at a lenghtly recovery but I was determined. Dakota is a great motivator and within weeks the improvement was obvious. NO pain medication and I've lost 38 pounds. Today is week 10 post op and I no longer need physical therepy, my daily life is back to normal and I am even walking two miles a day. THANK YOU DAKOTA for giving me my life back. read more

I would like to stay thank you to everyone I work with here not once did I feel uncomfortable. I came in for a dislocated knee. With in 3 weeks of physical therapy here once a week I'm walking a lot better I can stand better I'm not at 100% yet but I feel the work out they gave me to do at home and what I was doing there I will be at 100% in no time. This is a beautiful, well-equiped and comfortable facility. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes to get started on my treatment. Appointment schedules are very flexible. Best of all is "Dr Shaun". His confidence in his ability to provide you the correct and complete treatment makes any anxiety you may have disappear. I am so happy to have been refered to this office for my care. His staff is equal in their concern for your health. So accomodating. Even if you dont have insurance coverage for physical therapy, their prices are affordable. If your hurting parking distance matters. This office is closer to TW Cable than Sonic so park on the WEST SIDE (far right-hand side) of the building using the SIDE door. All Star is located on the 1st floor in the 1st office on the left as you enter the building from that side. Also the rest room is just down the hall on the left as well. The restroom has motion sensor lights and you may need to take a few steps in the door to activate them. P.S. Great office music. read more

I have been going to All Star physical therapy for over a month and I am so happy with the results. I have had chronic pain for 6 years from a lower back issue and had seen several PT doctors over the years. I spent the majority of my day lying on the couch because sitting caused pain. Most of the PT docs focused on core strengthening but they never worked on the real issue, thereby, never really helping me. When I first talked to Shawn, I noticed that he really listened and he asked a lot of questions. He explained what was happening and how he could help me. I am 90% pain free and feel like I have gotten my life back. I started swimming and riding my bike. So happy! read more
