For a quick spot to grab pizza in Parkland, this is the place. Customer service has been good. No issues w our pizzas. Yeah, once there was a mistake, but they fixed it. Crust is mostly soft, not too thick & not too thin. Ask for the Marinara Sauce...it's amazing! We usually order a pepperoni pizza & the margarita pizza. First of all, FINALLY!! A great pizza place close to home!! Yay!! I absolutely love the food! Pizzas are amazing and my kids are addicted. My favorite is the pepperoni pizza. The crust is perfection and it is perfectly done. My kids can eat an entire cheese pizza by themselves. The atmosphere here is so friendly. The customer service is amazing. Yeah!!! Finally, an All Star Pizza close to my house. We've been making the 20 min commute to their State Rd 7 location since their opening a few years ago. Hands down the best pizza in an area over saturated with pizza joints. The new Parkland location still upholds the great food and service as their other location. This particular night we had our usual large pizza with grilled onions and we took the the advice of one of the pizza makers, which I believe is the owner, and tried the grandma pizza (cheese with the sauce on top). Both were great, but we fell in love with the grandma, particularly my 9 year old. Definitely a welcomed establishment to the area. read more

Been ordering from them for 2 years as live in area. Normal delivery 45 minutes or less normally and no issue. Called 1 hour after ordering today to find out status of pizza to reply "driver is out on there way." 10 minutes later they called my back to say something went wrong and pizza is coming fresh out of oven and out to house. Another 30 min later driver shows up. I ask driver what happened. Driver goes I was just in your community so not sure why your order did not come out as and mentioned how mistakes happen often with person working. I call back All Star to talk to manager and they say all is fine you got pizza. I go ok I have little kids hungry for 1 hr and 30+ minutes where I have to call you back to remind you on my order and that is all you have to say. Where is the customer service? It is missing so much in majority of businesses especially when it should be a focal point to keep customers happy. Told guy I would no longer get pizza from there as he did not seek to get point and manage seemed not care. Did not seem customer retention was important. Delivery guys kept returning with returned (incorrect) orders or picking up missing items from orders. The pizza was disappointing at best. No flavor to the sauce and the crust was bland. The only thing I tried was the pizza so I can't comment on everything on the menu, but it's a pizzara so you would think the pizza would be the best thing on the menu. They are fast and reliable. He and his friends are like starving wolves when it arrives at the door as they are pulling pieces from the box before I get a chance to even put the box on the counter. The Caesar salad was excellent with very fresh lettuce, croutons and good cheese with a mild but flavorful dressing.
